Difference Effects Of Acupuncturing Single Acupoint Or Combinative Acupoints On Quality Of Life In Patients With Diabetic GastroParesis

Objective:By observing the difference of single point electroacupuncture and mixed acupoints on diabetic gastroparesis patients’ quality of life,to compare the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture combined with acupoint and single point.The objective evaluation of clinical efficacy and safety for clinical application of acupuncture in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis with behavioral basis.Therefore,we can evaluate the clinical efficacy of single point and mixed acupoints in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis,and provide a scientific basis for acupoint compatibility theory and clinical acupuncture treatment of diabetic gastroparesis.Methods:Dressing by screening 90 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the acupoint group,the single point group and the non meridian group.30 cases in each group.With the acupuncture group was given electroacupuncture Zhongwan and Zusanli acupoints group,single acupuncture Zhongwan,non acupoint group in the upper extremity from non acupoints electroacupuncture,we can evaluate the clinical efficacy of single point and mixed acupoints in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis.The changes of 8 living areas in the health survey before and after the treatment were evaluated,and the intervention results of different groups in various fields were analyzed.Results:Among the 8 dimensions of SF-36,the 5 dimensions of body pain,general health,energy,emotional function and mental health were significantly improved(P<0.01),and the social function dimension of the patients was improved(P<0.05).The single point had a significant improvement on the energy and mental health of the patients(P<0.01),and increased the body pain,general health status and emotional function(P<0.05),and had no statistical significance to the social function dimension(P>0.05).Single point and acupoint had no significant effect on physiological function and physiological function of patients(P>0.05).Non acupoints had no significant effect on all dimensions of patients’ quality of life,but there was an increasing trend.The mean value of SF-36 in the three groups before treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The difference of integral difference between the body pain,energy,emotional function and mental health of the patients with SF-36 after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electro acupuncture and single acupoint plus DGP treatment can improve the quality of life of patients.The treatment effect of compatibility group is better than that of single acupoint group,and the two groups are better than those of non acupoint group.
