Objective To observe the effects of different acupoint selection on DGP rats investgate acupoint selection is one of the main influencing factors of acupoint compatibility.Methods 60 SD rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,Zusanli+ Zhongwan group,Zusanli+Neiguan,Zusanli+non acupoint group,12 rats in each group.The model was made by intraperitoneal injection of2% STZ,and feeding for 8 weeks.After 4 weeks treatment,the advance rate of gastrointestinal propulsion was measured after treatment with black ink.The expression of Rho A protein was detected by immunohistochemistry,and the Rho A,ROCK,MYPT1,p-MYPT1 protein were detected by Western Blotting.Results(1)General comparison.Compared with the normal group,the model group showed a significant increased in food consumption and blood glucose(p<0.01).Compared with the model group,the three treatment groups were increased in gastrointestinal propulsion rate and decreased in food consumption and blood glucose(p<0.05).(2)Comparison of Rho A protein expression in immunohistochemical experiments.Compared with the normal group,the model group was significant decreased in expression of Rho A protein in immunohistochemical experiments(p < 0.05).Compared with the model group,the three treatment groups were increased in expression of Rho A protein(p<0.05).Compared with the Zusanli+Neiguan,Zusanli+non acupoint group,the expression of Rho A protein in Zusanli + Zhongwan group increased(p< 0.05).(3)Comparison of Rho A protein expression,ROCK protein expression,MYPT1 protein expression and p-MYPT1 protein expression in Western Blotting experiments.Compared with the normal group,the model group showed a significant increased in the level of Rho A protein,ROCK protein,MYPT1 protein and p-MYPT1 protein.Compared with the model group,the three treatment groups were increased in expression of Rho A protein,ROCK protein,MYPT1 protein and p-MYPT1 protein(p < 0.05).Compared with the Zusanli+ non acupoint group,the level of Rho A protein,ROCK protein and MYPT1 protein was increased in Zusanli+zhongwan and Zusanli+neiguan group(p < 0.05).Compared with Zusanli+neiguan group,the Zusanli+zhongwan group was increased in the level of Rho A protein expression,ROCK protein expression and p-MYPT1 protein(p< 0.05).Conclusion The compatibility of the local acupoints is better than the compatibility of the distal acupoints and compatibility of non-acupoints,indicating that acupoint selection has important influence on the compatibility of acupoints.
