Research On The Status And Countermeasures Of Family Doctor’s Signing Service In Jieyang,Guangdong Province

With the rapid development of economy and society,people’s living habits have changed greatly.The change of living habits and the pressure of work have greatly challenged the people’s physical quality.The spread of geriatric and chronic diseases makes people have new expectations on the demand for the number and the quality of health services.Therefore,how to provide timely,effective,economical and continuous health services for the relevant personnel has become an important problem.The type of service came into being.Jieyang,Guangdong Province,as one of the key areas to promote the contract service model of family doctors,in the process of continuous exploration and practice,through the signing of the family doctor,the first diagnosis,the establishment of health files and other measures to provide medical services,health care,vaccine and other medical services for the residents of the community,so that Jieyang City At the grass-roots level,the capacity of medical and health services is further strengthened.The problems of the community residents,especially the elderly and the patients with chronic diseases,have been greatly alleviated.The community medical service has been brought into the information construction,which provides more convenience for the residents.These measures and effects provide a better way to deepen the reform of the medical system.However,the signing service of family doctors in Jieyang has also exposed common problems.From the view of the whole city,the resources allocation of basic medical and health institutions and family doctors is unreasonable,the allocation of family doctors and the density of population is disjointed,and some areas have a shortage of resources.In addition,the residents’ awareness of family doctors is low,the concept of family doctors,the system of diagnosis and treatment,health files,medical level and other aspects of suspicion and exclusion,affecting the extension of the family doctor contract service.At the same time,the construction of general practitioner team is lagging behind,while the traditional GP training mode has also affected the improvement of its service ability.The main reason is that there is still much room for improvement in the provision of public services,programme design,talent introduction and training mode.In view of the reasons,this study puts forward four specific improvement measures:first,strengthen the government leading,improve the supply capacity of public service;second,improve the promotion of ideas to enhance the awareness of the residents for family doctors;third,highlight the advantages of talent introduction,improve the incentive mechanism;fourth,adjust thetrainingmode of general practitioner.Through careful analysis and analysis of the above problems,this study will provide more thinking for the better implementation of the contract service for family doctors in Jieyang,and provide some reference for the work of other parts of the country in this field.
