In recent years,the competition in the private medical industry is growing intensive and in the meanwhile the state-run medical facilities exceeds the average level of the private medical facilities in term of numbers,scales and medical standards.Facing such competition,it is very pressing for the private medical facilities to enhance their HR team building and improve the competitiveness of the talents in the facilities,among which building the management talent team is of the top priority.The study of this essay is based on H Group,which analyzes the current problems existing in the private medical industry and the current HR management situation in H Group and hence puts forward the complete concept of how to conduct management talent team building and a total solution on dual-channel qualification system,recruitment and training system,performance management and C&B system,and cultural development system.The essay has six sections:Section 1.Foreword.Briefly introduce the background,objectives,aims and research methods.Section 2.Literature Review.Systematically review the research results upon management team building collected from both home and aboard.Find out the problems and point out the breakthrough of the essay.Section 3.Analyze the management talent team building situation of H Group and point out the existing problems and then analyze the necessity and feasibility of building the talent teams.Section 4.Solution for management talent team building.Put forward the six system building concepts based on the above mentioned analysis.Section 5.Implement management talent team building concept.Offer opinions and methodologies in the specific process and point out the possible risks and counter-risk approaches.Section 6.Conclusion and questions.Bring forward the study conclusion and state the existing problems and directions for the post study.
