Since the implementation of the relevant policies of the new health care reform,a series of national measures to improve the quality of medical talent groups have been gradually introduced,and a good policy environment for the new health care reform has been gradually formed,which has laid a macro foundation for the cultivation of high-level talents in China’s hospitals.In China’s medical system,public hospitals are usually dominated by hospital doctors,which is also the core content of public hospitals.The role of doctors can have a huge impact on the whole system of public hospitals.Therefore,this paper takes a hospital in Zhejiang Province as the case object to carry out the research on the construction of high-level talent team in public hospitals under the background of the new medical reform.This article first describes the research background and significance of the subject,analyzes the domestic development trends of the hospital’s high-level talent team construction,and elaborates on related concepts and theories such as talent,high-level talent,public hospitals,hospital talent team construction,and human resource management theory,and clarifies the research.At the same time,it laid the foundation for the research of the subject.Then it analyzes the relevant policies for the construction of the high-level talent team of Hospital A from the three levels of introduction,training and motivation of high-level talents.Secondly,using Zhejiang Province A Hospital as a research case,explore the overall progress and survey information data of public hospitals in the context of the new medical reform.Subsequently,based on the analysis of the status quo and the survey results,the main problems and problems facing the construction of the high-level talent team of the A public hospital in Zhejiang Province were discussed from the aspects of talent growth environment,talent motivation,and brain drain,and in-depth analysis of the high-level public hospital A The cause of the problem in the construction of the talent team.Finally,it provides feasible countermeasures for the construction of high-level talents in public hospitals under the background of the new medical reform,so as to clarify that public hospitals at all levels should optimize the evaluation mechanism and talent incentive mechanism under the background of the new medical reform,update the talent concept,innovate the talent introduction mechanism,and improve Talent training mechanism and other suggestions.Provide guidance for the construction of high-level talents in public hospitals,and improve the comprehensive service quality and level of the hospital health system.
