| There is a huge gap between urban and rural areas in China,especially in terms of medical resources.Most hospitals,medical equipment,medicines and medical talents are concentrated in urban areas,while the vast rural areas are faced with the dilemma of“lack of medical services and medicines”.Medical and health care as a important link of the poverty alleviation work for poverty alleviation,is building a well-off society in an all-round way in 2020 in the arm,want to further development of township health care,medical poverty relief personnel for the construction of the moment is a top priority,it is the lack of the rural regional medical talents,seriously affected the villagers to enjoy the power of the basic health care services,increase the possibility of the villagers "trap because of illness to return".While in China most medical talents gathered in rural areas and towns and townships,therefore,to strengthen the construction of grass-roots hospitals medical personnel is of great urgency,this paper compared the medical talent team construction process to the process of human resource configuration,looks at the early construction of team,the middle late cultivation and management,manpower,and the coordination of jobs the hospital medical teams in match,improve the use efficiency of human resources in the medical poverty relief team,alleviate the grassroots due to the imperfection of medical personnel for poverty alleviation in the "difficult",the problem such as "expensive",actively promote the rural medical and health undertakings striding forward towards the healthy and stable,We will accelerate the overall fight against poverty in malan town,yanling county.This paper takes the research on talent team construction of health center in maran town,yanling county,from the perspective of medical poverty alleviation,takes the theories of public goods and services,human resource allocation and poverty as the theoretical basis,and the medical talent team of maran town health center as the mainresearch object.Collect and sort out a large number of relevant documents,county annals of yanling county,statistical yearbook of relevant health departments,etc.,and on this basis,make several field visits to the health center of maran town,yanling county,and conduct character interviews with township primary medical and health workers.Through visits and related studies,the paper summarizes the three main factors affecting the construction of medical talent team in this region: quantity,quality and structure.The problems of medical talent team construction are as follows: the number is small,the number of professionals is insufficient and the population is aging seriously,and there is no reserve of talents;In terms of quality,the general educational level is relatively low,and there is a shortage of related senior medical talents.In terms of structure,the proportion of medical staff is unreasonable,and the professional composition is not scientific enough,the management is disordered,and so on.In view of the above problems,this paper believes that the government should play its leading role and give financial and policy support to the medical talent team of malan town health center.In addition,the medical talent team of malan town health center should establish a scientific and reasonable human resource allocation system and a scientific assessment system for grassroots medical talents,so as to maximize the effectiveness of medical poverty alleviation.Promote Yan Ling horse bar township health centers the service efficiency of medical personnel to ascend,take the initiative to alleviate doctor-patient relationship,improve rural residents’ medical service satisfaction,active,view and in the right areas with yanling bar ma town medical talent development model,and combining the actual situation around the specific alternative again,for the nation in the new round of anti-poverty engines to provide the reference of the construction of grass-roots medical personnel. |
