Research The Effect Of Pestle Needle Combined With Moxibustion On The Treatment Of Patients With Blood Stasis Type Lumbar Disc Herniation

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of pestle needle combined with moxibustion on patients with blood stasis type lumbar disc herniation,to explore the excellent treatment of the blood stasis type lumbar disc herniation,and provide a new idea for the rehabilitation and nursing of patients with blood stasis type lumbar disc herniation.MethodsIn this study,clinical randomized controlled trials were used,Basing on the inclusion and exclusion criteria,117 cases of blood stasis type lumbar disc herniation patients were slected form Orthopedics of Sichuan province Chinese medicine hospital in February 2016 to December 2016,they were randomly divided into control group,pestle needle group,pestle needle combined with moxibustion group,39 cases in each group.Three groups of patients were admitted to traditional Chinese and Western medicine orthopedic routine treatment.The control group,refered to lumbar disc herniation care routine care that the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine developed in 2006.The pestle group received the same treatment and care in the control group and increased the pestle acupuncture treatment.The pestle acupuncture group was treated with moxibustion therapy on the basis of the pestle group.The intervention time of the three groups of patients was 4 weeks,respectively,using the Chinese version of the low back pain assessment scale(JOA),visual analog scale(VAS),health questionnaire(SF-36)evaluate the effect before and after the treatment of 4weeks.All data were analyzed by SPSS21.0 statistical software.Results 1.Baseline data comparison: Before intervention,social demographic data,illness related data and curative effect of indicators of three groups to compare differences no statistical significance(P > 0.05),prompted three groups of comparable.2.JOA score comparison:After the intervention,the JOA scores of the three groups were higher than those before the intervention,and the difference were statistically significant(P <0.05).The three groups of JOA were compared,the pestle needle moxibustion group was better than the pestle needle group,and the pestle needle group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.VAS score comparison: After the intervention,the VAS scores of the three groups were lower than those before the intervention(P <0.05).the three groups of VAS were compared,the pestle needle moxibustion group was better than the pestle needle group,and the pestle needle group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.SF-36 score comparison: After the intervention,the scores of SF-36 in the three groups were lower than those before the intervention(P <0.05).After intervention,the three groups had no significant difference in social function dimension(P> 0.05),in the emotional function dimension,the pestle needle moxibustion group and the pestle needle group were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),there was no significant difference between pestle needle moxibustion group and the pestle needle group(P> 0.05).5.Comprehensive efficacy comparison: After intervention,the total effective rate of the pestle needle moxibustion group was 94.59%,the total effective rate was 89.47% in the pestle needle group and 81.08% in the control group.The pestle needle moxibustion group was superior to the pestle needle group and the pestle needle group was superior to the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).6.Security comparison: None of the three patients had adverse reactions,indicating that the intervention was safe and reliable.ConclusionPestle needle combined with moxibustion and pure pestle needle both can effectively improve clinical symptoms of patients with blood stasis type lumbar disc herniation,relieve waist and leg pain,improve the quality of life of patients.But for patients,the clinical curative effect of pestle needle combined with moxibustion is superior to a single pestle needle therapy.The treatment is simple,economical and safe,and is well worth promoting.
