Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation(Blood Stasis Type) By Lumbar Three Needle Penetration

Objective : To observe the clinical effect of lumbar three needle penetration acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(blood stasis type),and to compare its effect with that of traditional conventional acupuncture,to select the treatment method with good effect and quick effect,so as to broaden the treatment ideas for the future treatment of this disease.Methods:62 patients with lumbar disc herniation(blood stasis type)who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected from the outpatient department and treatment area of Acupuncture Department ofAffiliated Hospital of Changchun University of traditional Chinese medicine from December 2018 to December 2019 for a complete randomized controlled study.62 patients were divided into treatment group(lumbar three needle penetration group)31 cases,control group(conventional acupuncture group)31cases.Treatment once a day,6 days for a course of treatment,two courses of rest for a day,a total of 2 courses of treatment.Before treatment,after the first course of treatment and after treatment,VAS score and JOA score table were used to evaluate the pain score and waist function of each patient,and statistical analysis was carried out to compare the therapeutic effect of the two methods.Results: After the first course of treatment,the JOA score and VAS score of the two groups were improved(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).After the treatment,JOA score and VAS score of the two groups were improved(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).After the treatment,the treatment group 4 cases were cured,16 cases were markedly effective,8cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 93.33%;in the control group,2 cases were cured,11 cases were markedly effective,13 cases were effective,5 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 83.87%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion : Through statistical analysis,lumbar three needle penetration and traditional conventional acupuncture can improve lumbar disc herniation(blood stasis type),both of which can improve the lumbar function and pain degree of patients.Compared with the two methods,lumbar three needle penetration acupuncture has better effect and faster effect,which is worth promoting in clinical practice.
