Study On Mechanism Of Thunder Fire Moxibustion Therapy Combined With Chinese Medicine Collapse Treatment In Patients With Lumbar Disc Herniation With Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis

Objective: In this study,for patients with lumbar disc herniation of qi stagnation and blood stasis type,the clinical application effect was observed by applying thunder fire moxibustion therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine collapse.Methods: The cases selected for this intervention were all from the acupuncture department of a tertiary level A Chinese medicine hospital in Changchun,and a total of 108 inpatients diagnosed with lumbar disc herniation of the qi stagnation and blood stasis type from December 2021 to December 2022,selected in strict accordance with the criteria of the diagnostic,exclusion,and inclusion.Two patients were shed during the study.There were 36 patients in the thunder fire moxibustion group and 35 patients in the collapse group,and the number of patients in the thunder fire moxibustion collapse group was 35.The thunder fire moxibustion group underwent conventional treatment and care plus thunder fire moxibustion therapy,the collapse group underwent conventional treatment and care plus Chinese medicine collapse,and the thunder fire moxibustion collapse group underwent conventional treatment and care plus thunder fire moxibustion therapy combined with Chinese medicine collapse.Patients in the three groups were evaluated before and after intervention according to VAS pain score,JOA score,and TCM syndrome score,and data were collected and recorded in a timely manner to complete the assessment of clinical efficacy of the three groups.The data were organized in an Excel sheet and then correlated using SPSS 21.0 statistical software.Results:1.There were no statistical differences in gender,age,and duration of disease among the three groups(P>0.05),and they were comparable.2.The VAS scores of patients in all three groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the VAS scores of patients in the three groups were compared among the three groups after intervention,and the VAS scores of the thunder fire moxibustion collapse group were lower than those of the thunder fire moxibustion group and collapse group,and the comparison of VAS scores between the thunder fire moxibustion group and collapse group was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).3.The JOA scores of patients in the three groups after intervention were higher than those before intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the JOA scores of patients in the three groups after intervention were compared among the three groups,and the JOA scores of the thunder fire moxibustion collapse group were higher than those of the thunder fire moxibustion group and collapse group,and the comparison of JOA scores between the thunder fire moxibustion group and collapse group was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).4.The TCM symptoms scores of patients in the three groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),and the TCM symptoms scores of patients in the three groups after intervention were compared among the three groups,and the TCM symptoms scores of the thunder fire moxibusion collapse group were lower than those of the thunder fire moxibustion group and collapse group,and the comparison of TCM symptoms scores between the thunder fire moxibustion group and the collapse group were not statistically significant(P > 0.05).5.The total effective rate after treatment was 94.29% in the thunder fire moxibustion collapse group;83.33% in the thunder fire moxibustion group;and 77.14% in the collapse group.Compared with the thunder fire moxibustion group and collapse group,the thunder fire moxibustion collapse group was statistically significant(P < 0.05),while the thunder fire moxibustion group was not statistically significant compared with the collapse group(P > 0.05).Conclusion:1.Both thunder fire moxibustion therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine collapse and monotherapy have a better effect on the symptoms of lumbar pain,lumbar spine function,and TCM symptoms scores of patients with lumbar disc herniation with qi stagnation and blood stasis,and the treatment effect of thunder fire moxibustion therapy combined with Chinese medicine collapse is better than the treatment of single thunder fire moxibustion therapy and single Chinese medicine collapse.2.The clinical therapeutic effect of the combination of thunder fire moxibustion therapy and Chinese medicine collapse in the treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation of qi stagnation and blood stasis type is better than that of thunder fire moxibustion therapy and Chinese medicine collapse alone.
