Clinical Analysis Of Acute Pancreatitis Of Fushirejie Pattern By Using Combination Of Yangming And Shaoyang Theories And Treatments

Objective : To observe acute pancreatitis of Fushirejie pattern clinically by using combination of Shaoyang and Yangming theories and treatments,cases of hospitalization were collected and analyzed.In addition,it was expected to explore the its mechanism,to widen its range to use clinically,and to provide new ideas as well as evidences for treatment of AP by using integrated traditional and western medicine.Methods: Cases from the first gastrointestinal department in Shengjing hospital affiliated of China Medical University,were observed,which was diagnosed in Fushirejie pattern by using Chinese tradition medical methods.Divided into two average groups: control group(n=32,only western medicine)and treatment group(n=30,integrated traditional and western medicine).All cases,which conformed to inclusion criterion,were retrospectively analyzed.Basic western medical treatments and the combination of Dachengqi decoction and Dachaihu decoction,which was modified according to condition of patients,were applied in treatment group 30 cases.Only western medical treatments were used in control group 32 cases.Software of SPSS 22.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis,including general condition,Ranson and BISAP scores,hospital stays relieving of abdominal symptoms and sighs,promotion of gastrointestinal function and recovery of inflammation markers.Results: The difference of general condition(gender,age,pathogenesis)and BISAP and Ranson scores between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05),which indicated the condition of patients from different groups had no significance.And compared with control group,treatment group significantly relived the abdominal symptoms(abdominal pain and distension)and sighs(abdominal pressing pain),and recovery of borborygmus,defecation and CRP(P < 0.05).There was no statistically significance of recovery of hospital stays.Compare with control group,treatment group obviously cut down the time of feed and recovery days of WBC,but these differences were not statistical significant(P>0.05).Conclusion: Compared with western medicine,the combination of Dachengqi and Dachaihu decoction and can obviously cure AP of Fushirejie pattern by reliving abdominal symptoms and sighs,perfecting gastrointestinal function and promoting the recovery of inflammation markers,which manifests advantages of integrated traditional and western medicine.The mechanism of these advantages was thought to have relationship with inflammatory responses and gastrointestinal motility.And it is meaningful and viable to use Shaoyang and Yangming theories in curing AP.
