Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Dachaihu Decoction before and after the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease(Yangming Shaoyang fever syndrome)before and after TCM syndrome scores and symptoms. Methods: A randomized controlled research method was adopted,70 patients with GERD were included according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,35 cases each. The two groups of patients were adjusted for daily life, improved dietary structure, proper exercise, and emotional treatment.Based on the general treatment, the experimental group was treated with the traditional Chinese medicine "Da Chai Hu Tang",and the control group was given the western medicine"Esme "Razole enteric-coated tablets" treatment, both groups were treated for 4 weeks, observe the changes in TCM syndrome scores,RDQ scores and safety indicators of the two groups of patients after treatment, and perform statistical analysis to evaluate Dachaihu decoction for "Yangming" The effectiveness and safety of Shaoyang fever syndrome.Result:1.A total of 70 patients were included in this study,35 in each of the experimental group and the control group,of which 67 patients completed clinical observation,34 in the experimental group and 33 in the control group, with a total shedding rate of 4.29%.2.Comparison of differences in baseline data: The two groups of patients were statistically treated in terms of gender, age, course of disease, distribution of TCM syndromes,RDQ pre-treatment scores, etc. There was no significant difference and they were comparable(P> 0.05).3.After 4 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of the test group was 91.18%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 72.73%.The efficacy and total effective rate of the test group were better than the control group(P <0.05).4.In terms of the total score of TCM syndromes, the scores of both groups after treatment were lower than before treatment(P <0.05),and the test group was better than the control group(P <0.05);in terms of individual scores of TCM syndromes, the two groups Compared with before and after treatment, the experimental group had obvious advantages in improving heartburn and poor bowel movements. The difference was statistically significant(P <0.01),and it had certain advantages in improving acid reflux, fullness of two threats, and irritability. There was a statistical difference between the two groups(P <0.05);there was no significant difference between the two groups in the improvement of chest pain, belching, and dryness of the mouth and bitter throat(P> 0.05).5.In terms of safety and adverse reactions, there were no obvious clinically significant abnormal changes in the general vital signs, blood routine, liver and kidney function and electrocardiogram of the two groups, and no adverse reactions and adverse events occurred.6.In terms of quality of life score, both groups can improve the quality of life of the patients(P <0.05),and the experimental group is better than the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion: Da Chai Hu Tang can significantly improve the TCM syndrome scores,TCM symptom efficacy scores and quality of life scores of patients with "Yangming Shaoyang fever syndrome" vomiting disease, with definite clinical efficacy and good safety.
