The Research For The Treatment Of Mild Acute Pancreatitis By Modified Dachaihu Decoction

Objective: To study the effect of modified Dachaihu Tang Decoction on the treatment of mild acute pancreatitis in the treatment of mild acute pancreatitis,and to evaluate the effect of the treatment.Methods: 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups.Each group of 30 patients was treated with control.The control group was treated with western medicine only.The treatment group was treated with modified Dachaihu Tang Decoction and treated for 7 days.The clinical symptoms and signs before and after treatment,blood indicators,imaging examination to determine the efficacy,and statistical analysis.Results: Compared with the control group,the treatment group in the comprehensive efficacy,improvement of TCM syndrome,blood indicators,image changes were significantly different P <0.05,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion: The treatment of mild acute pancreatitis with modified Dachaihu Tang Decoction on the basis of routine treatment of western medicine is superior to that of conventional western medicine alone,and it is significant in TCM syndrome,blood index and imaging examination.improve.No adverse drug reactions were found during treatment.
