Clinical Application Of Dachaihu Decoction In The Treatment Of Digestive System Diseases Based On Data Mining

Objective:Dachaihu Decoction is one of 256 classical prescriptions,and it is also one of the classical prescriptions widely used in clinic.On the one hand,the purpose of this article is to analyze the overall research trends and distribution of journal articles related to Dachaihu Decoction from 2000 to 2019.Furthermore,the data mining technology is further applied to make statistical analysis on the modern medical records of the application of Dachaihu Decoction in digestive system diseases published in the periodical literature,and to study the clinical applicable symptoms and signs,the law of drug addition and subtraction and the drug dosage of Dachaihu Decoction in digestive system diseases,so as to provide reference for further discussing the?prescription and syndrome characteristics of Dachaihu Decoction and the clinical application law in digestive system diseases.On the other hand,the clinical effect of Dachaihu Decoction in mild acute pancreatitis is discussed through clinical trial research.Research methods:This article is divided into four chapters:The first chapter is an overview of Dachaihu Decoction's theoretical research,which is divided into five parts.The first part is to elaborate on the Six Meridians System of Treatise on Febrile Diseases from the perspective of Qihua Theory.The second part is to study the Dachaihu Decoction 's articles recorded in Treatises on Febrile Diseases and The Essentials ofJinkui,based on the analysis by ancient and modern doctors.The third part is to analyze the source and efficacy of Dachaihu Decoction in combination with previous herbal works based on the analysis of various viewpoints.The fourth part is to study the decoction method of Dachaihu decoction.The fifth part is to discuss the basic pathogenesis of Dachaihu Decoction from the perspective of Qihua Theory,combining the above provisions and prescriptions of Dachaihu decoction.The second chapter is the statistics and analysis of the journal documents of Dachaihu Decoction,which are published from 2000 to 2019.The overall research trend and distribution of the journal documents of Dachaihu Decoction as well as its application characteristics in digestive system diseases are analyzed macroscopically.The third chapter is the analysis and research on the application of Dachaihu Decoction in modern digestive system diseases.The data mining technology is used to carry out statistical analysis on the modern medical cases of Dachaihu Decoction in digestive system diseases published in periodicals from 2000 to 2019.SPSS 26.0 statistical software and Excel are used to carry out statistics and analysis on gender,age,diagnosis of Traditional Chinese Medicine,diagnosis of Modern Medicine,symptoms,tongue coating and pulse condition,drug composition and effective dose.The fourth chapter is the observation of the clinical efficacy of Dachaihu Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of Mild Acute Pancreatitis.SPSS 26.0 statistical software is used to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Dachaihu Decoction in the treatment of Mild Acute Pancreatitis by comparing the actual hospitalization days,abdominal pain disappearance time,first defecation time,white blood cell count,serum lipase and amylase level changes between the observation group and the control group.Results:?The basic pathogenesis of Dachaihu Decoction is "hyperactivity of Shaoyang-Xianghuo,Yangming-Zaojin failure".In the formula,Radix Bupleuri can clear away Shaoyang-Xianghuo,ease liver and gallbladder Qi movement,dispel Qi stagnation in chest,hypochondrium and abdomen,and also has the function of releasing Qi.Scutellaria Baicalensis Georgi can clear away Shaoyang-Xianghuo and is compatible with Radix Bupleuri,thus strengthening its clearing and discharging power.Paeonia Lactiflora can clear away Shaoyang-Xianghuo,astringe the taste,astringe the transverse and reverse direction of liver and wood,regulate spleen and stop abdominal pain.Pinellia Ternata and Ginger reduce the adverse flow of stomach Qi to stop vomiting and help Yangmingto fall.Fructus Aurantii moves Qi and relieves distension,helps Yangming to fall,works with Rhubarb,lowers Qi and relieves stagnation,and restores the ascending and descending function of Qi activity.Jujube,sweet and warm,can prevent Scutellaria Baicalensis Georgi,Rhubarb,Fructus Aurantii and other purgations from damaging health too much,has strong and thick taste,and can supplement the deficiency of body fluid.Rhubarb weed through the old to bring forth the new,cleanses gastrointestinal stagnation,and helps Yangming to fall.At the same time,it can clear away the heat of Yangming.? A total of 1206 articles on the contents of Dachaihu Decoction were published in the periodical literature from 2000 to 2019.The contents were mainly concentrated in the category of "clinical research",accounting for 90%,and the clinical research contents were mainly concentrated in digestive system diseases.? Through statistical analysis of the medical records of Dachaihu Decoction in treating digestive system diseases,the age distribution of patients is mainly concentrated in the age group of 30 to 60 years old;In the aspect of TCM diagnosis,the most commonly used diseases of Dachaihu Decoction are hypochondriac pain,abdominal pain,stomachache,jaundice,constipation,fullness in the abdomen,liver turbidity and other diseases.In terms of Modern Medicine diagnosis,the diseases most commonly used by Dachaihu Decoction are cholecystitis,gastritis,pancreatitis,cholelithiasis,constipation,abdominal pain,hepatitis and other digestive system diseases.The clinical indications are constipation,bitter taste,nausea,abdominal pain,anorexia,yellow urine,hypochondriac pain,dry mouth,vomiting,fever,abdominal distension,shoulder and back radiation pain,epigastric fullness,epigastric pain,etc.Red tongue and dark red tongue are the common tongue features of Dachaihu Decoction,yellow and greasy coating,thin and yellow coating,thick and greasy coating are the common tongue coating of Dachaihu Decoction.String,string slip,string number and string slip number are the common pulse conditions of Dachaihu Decoction.In terms of drug statistics,the original prescription of Dachaihu Decoction has the most frequent occurrence of drugs.In addition,there are drugs such as Radix Curcumae,Glycyrrhrizae Radix,Rhizoma Corydalis,Herba Lysimachiae Christinae,Fructus Toosendan,etc.In Dachaihu Decoction,the commonly used amount of Bupleurum Root is 10g to 15g,Scutellaria Baicalensis Georgi is 10g to 15g,Paeonia Lactiflora is 10g to 30g,Pinellia Ternata is lOg to 15g,Ginger is 1 Og or 3 pieces,Fructus Aurantii and Aurantii Immaturus are 10g to 15g,Jujube is 10g or 3 pieces to 6 pieces,Rhubarb is 6g to 15g.? Dachaihu Decoction can effectively improve the symptoms and gastrointestinal function recovery of patients with Mild Acute Pancreatitis and shorten the hospitalization days of patients.However,in this study,in terms of laboratory indexes,there is no significant difference between the observation group and the control group before and after treatment,which may be related to reasons such as small sample size.However,Dachaihu Decoction is worthy of clinical promotion in the treatment of Mild Acute Pancreatitis and other diseases.Conclusions:At present,the research on Dachaihu Decoction is focused on clinical trials,which are mainly applied to the treatment of digestive system diseases,and the disease spectrum mainly includes biliary and pancreatic diseases.Dachaihu Decoction syndrome includes constipation,bittertaste,nausea,abdominal pain,anorexia,yellow urine,hypochondriac pain,dry mouth,vomiting,fever,etc.Clinical application of Dachaihu Decoction should be closely linked to the basic pathogenesis of "hyperactivity of Shaoyang-Xianghuo,Yangming-Zaojin failure".In the treatment of mild acute pancreatitis,Dachaihu Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and gastrointestinal function recovery of patients and shorten the hospitalization days of patients.
