Private hospital is to establish a socialist market economy and health reform and development inevitable product, as a new thing, private hospitals played an important role in our health care system. Hospital employees are essential stakeholders, but also the condition of the hospital most direct perceiver, their satisfaction rating is an important way to understand the development status of private hospitals. In this paper, empirical research employee satisfaction through private stock Community Health Center, to explore the establishment of a further improve the basic public health services and primary health care approach to the balanced development of satisfaction for the similar characteristics of private joint-stock community health service center satisfaction assessment provide a reference. This study was to investigate GWS original hospital staff hospital staff restructuring transformed into a variety of employee-owned joint-stock co-exist under the Huangpu District Hongshan Street Community Health Center hospital employee motivation, employee satisfaction status and a comparative assessment of stock before and after the reform of employee satisfaction, through literature review, expert consultation, combined with the actual situation, questionnaires, interviews, according to comprehensiveness, importance, availability principle, to establish a satisfaction evaluation methods, and before and after restructuring analyze the situation of employee satisfaction, employee satisfaction analysis observed under the condition of the joint-stock form. The results show that the Hongshan Street Community Health Center, after the restructuring, the total number of human resources and quality of the health service center showing an increasing trend. Traffic Redhill Street Community Health Center, the quantity and quality of public health services center employee satisfaction are increased year by year, in terms of efficiency, the center of the overall balance of payments in recent years, a slight surplus. Therefore, the GWS hospital staff carry out shareholding system reform, restructuring the original hospital workers in transition, increased employee motivation employee satisfaction, the implementation of the restructuring effectively promote the transformation of the basic public health services and primary health care development.
