Clinical Studies Of Five-Point Ligation Combined With Xiaozhiling Injection In Treating Hemorrhoids

Objective: Observe five ligation method and external strip internal tied in clinical curative effect for the treatment of hemorrhoids ~ degrees.? ?Methods: The clinical data of 60 patients with internal hemorrhoids were collected.30 patients were randomly divided into 5 sets of treatment group and 30 patients were treated with exfoliation group.Results:treatment group in operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospitalization days and the recurrence rate was significantly lower than control group(P < 0.05),the treatment group on the first day after operation,the fifth day VAS score significantly lower than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: five ligation method treatment group ~ hemorrhoids ? ?clinical curative effect significantly,easy operating method,the degree of pain is small,less blood loss,faster recovery,low recurrence rate.
