Clinical Observation Of Repair Of Pathological Anal Canal In The Treatment Of Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids

Objective: To view the effect of repair of pathological anal canal(PPH combined with external hemorrhoid circumcision suture) in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:Choose 60 patients who are accorded with the diagnosis standard and separate them into treatment group(30 patients) and control group(30 patients),the treatment group are treated with repair of pathological anal canal(PPH combined with external hemorrhoid circumcision suture),the control group are treated with PPH combined with Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy.Observe and record the overall effect of two groups of patients,the general situation of operation and postoperative complications in short term and long term, and using the statistical method deal with the data.Results:The cuer rate of repair of pathological anal canal is higher than PPH combined with Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy.Repair of pathological anal canal can obviously shorten the hospitalization time and the time of wound healing, relieve postoperative pain, anal margin of edema and anal straining feeling,reduce arises less bleeding, urinary retention and difficult defecation,avoid left anal skin fat, avoid anal stenosis, and can more effectively protect the anal function from destroying.Conclusion: Repair of pathological anal canal can One-time cure circumferential mixed hemorrhoids,and can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,reduce the discomfort,effectively protect the anus normal anatomical structure and physiological function,make the anus external appearance more beautiful.It is a safe and efficient treatment method of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids.
