A Clinical Study Of Anal Repair In The Treatment Of Complex Mixed Hemorrhoids (damp-heat Betting Type)

Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of Plastic Rurgery of the Anus in the treatment of complex mixed hemorrhoids.Methods: Sixty patients with complicated mixed hemorrhoids who were hospitalized for surgical treatment from June 2020 to January2021 in the Department of Anorectal,No.1 Traditional Chinses Medicine H o s p i ta l I n C h a n gd e,h u n a n p ro v i n c e were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group received Milligan-Morgan and Plastic Rurgery of the Anus,and the control group received Milligan-Morgan.To observe the clinical efficacy,hospitalization time,wound healing time and postoperative complications(postoperative pain,bleeding,edema,anal flatness,and degree of anal stenosis)of the two groups,and performing statistical analysis to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results:(1)There is no significant difference in total effective rate between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05),the total effective rate of both groups is 96.67%.(2)In terms of hospitalization time and wound healing time,the treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)In terms of postoperative complications,the pain scores of the treatment group during the first bowel movement was significantly higher than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),but on the fourth day and seventh day after surgery,there was no significant difference in pain score between the two groups(P>0.05).The degree of hemorrhage and edema on the first day,the fourth day,and the seventh day in the treatment group were significantly lighter than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The anus shape and function was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The use of Milligan-Morgan combined with Plastic Rurgery of the Anus to treat complex mixed hemorrhoids has a definite effect.The rational design of hemorrhoid tissue incisions and selective sutures can effectively reduce postoperative bleeding,reduce edema,and maintain anal shape and function integrity to the greatest extent.And shorten the patient's hospital stay and wound healing time,saving time and economic costs.The use of Mil lig an-Morg an combined with Plastic Rurgery to treat complex mixed hemorrhoids is safe and effective,and it is worthy of further clinical promotion and use.
