Study On Mechanism Of Clinical Observation Of PPH And RPH In The Treatment Of Internal Hemorrhoids In Phase ?

Objective: To compare the clinical effects of stapler PPH and RPH on stage III hemorrhoids.The difference between PPH and RPH in the treatment of stage III hemorrhoids was analyzed from three aspects: clinical efficacy,postoperative complications and postoperative recovery.Comprehensive evaluation of the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods.The choice of the best method is obtained.And the actual clinical observation was carried out.To provide a better basis and guidance for the clinical selection of surgical methods for the treatment of stage III hemorrhoids.Methods: In this clinical trial,60 patients were selected according to the clinical manifestations of sputum during the III period.They were divided into PPH group and RPH group according to different surgical methods,30 patients in each group.The PPH group and the RPH group were the experimental group and the control group,the PPH group was treated with anastomotic sacral mucosa,and the RPH group was treated with automatic elastic ligation.The baseline condition,operation time and effective distribution were observed.The situation,the efficiency,postoperative complications and postoperative recovery,combined with the data obtained for statistical analysis,to draw conclusions,and evaluate the treatment of the two surgical procedures.Results: The results show that:There was significant difference between PPH group and RPH group in the treatment effect(P < 0.05).Statistical significance shows that the curative effect of RPH is better than that of PPH.The comparison of postoperative pain between the two groups was P < 0.05.Significantly,the pain after RPH is lighter than that after PPH.Compared with RPH group,PPH group had no significant difference in edema after operation(P > 0.05).Compared with RPH group,PPH group had no statistical significance(P > 0.05).There was statistical significance between the two groups in comparing the degree of edema after operation.RPH group was lighter than PPH group,P <0.05.P > 0.05 in the comparison of anal stenosis after operation,there was no statistical significance.There was significant difference in urination between PPH group and RPHgroup(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.The effect of Ruiyan procedure hemorrhoids(RPH)in the treatment of sputum during the III period is better than the Procedure forprolapse and hemorrhoids(PPH).2.Ruiyan procedure hemorrhoids(RPH)is superior to the Procedure forprolapse and hemorrhoids(PPH)in terms of postoperative edema,pain and urination.
