Background and Objective Intracranial pressure(ICP)is the fundamental process in the treatment of patients with severe brain injury.Intracranial pressure monitoring is recommended as a standard protocol for the treatment of patients with traumatic brain injury guidelines, but has not been widely promoted, monitoring of intracranial pressure There are still differences in use.And the lack of large enough sample data suggests that intracranial pressure monitoring can benefit from severe head injury.Study the relationship between CT features and postoperative intracranial pressure in patients with traumatic brain injury.Further analysis of their association with prognosis by combining Helsinki CT score.Provides new ideas for precise treatment and early assessment of prognosis in patients with craniocerebral trauma. Methods 22 patients admitted within 24 h of traumatic craniocerebral trauma were included.Head CT scanning and postoperative intracranial pressure monitoring.Record the situation of CT image characteristics such as the epidural hematoma, subdural hematoma, and supra-suppressor pool pressure.Assessed by Helsinki CT score.Analyzing the relationship among CT scores, intracranial pressure and prognosis. Results 1.It is significant difference between varying degrees ofIntraventricular hemorrhage,supra-suppressor pool pressure and Helsinki CT SCore with intracranial pressure. They are all correlate with intracranial pressure?Helsinki CT score has the strongest correlation with intracranial pressure.2.It is significant difference between different prognosis with Helsinki CT score and intracranial pressure. The intracranial pressure 24 hours after injury has a strongest correlation with prognosis, and then is the Helsinki CT score. Conclusions 1.The characteristics of CT images include the conditions of suprasellar cistern, epidural hematoma and intraventricular hemorrhage has the the correlation to the intracranial pressure. However, the correlation between Helsinki CT score and intracranial pressure is more closely related to the traumatic brain.Injury patients can initially assess intracranial pressure based on these CT features and Helsinki CT scores to provide strategies for further treatment.2.The use of single CT imaging features to predict the prognosis has certain limitations, and the Helsinki CT score that combines the features of multiple CT images is a good choice. There is a strong correlation between intracranial pressure and prognosis after craniocerebral injury.Although intracranial pressure monitoring can not improve the prognosis,it can guide treatment, reduce the occurrence of complications, and can make early prognosis of patients with brain injury. Therefore,it is necessary to perform intracranial pressure monitoring in patients with severe brain injury.
