| Objective:In this study,we through the dynamic monitoring of coagulation and intracranial pressure in patients with acute moderate or severe traumatic brain injury,we investigated the clinical value and significance of coagulation and intracranial pressure in evaluating the condition and prognosis of patients with acute moderate or severe traumatic brain injury. Methods:Sixty patients with isolated moderate or severe traumatic brain injury admitted to hospital within 24 hours after injury were enrolled.Patients were divided into coagulation dysfunction group and normal group according to whether there was coagulation dysfunction on admission. The coagulation function and ICP were monitored within 7 days after injury. Results:PLT in patients with coagulopathy group was significantly lower than normal group within 7 days after injury(p<0.05),PT,INR,APTT were significantly longer than the normal group within 7 days after injury(p<0.05),ICP was significantly higher than the normal group in the 3-7 days after injury(p<0.05).Conclusion:Acute moderate or severe traumatic brain injury often complicated by coagulation dysfunction, with the increase in the degree of injury, the incidence of coagulation disorders increased, while ICP was significantly higher, the prognosis of patients is also worse. Therefore, coagulation and intracranial pressure dynamic monitoring can prompt the patient’s condition changes, provide a basis for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with craniocerebral injury. |
