With the rise of Internet,its influence has penetrated into all levels of society.In the medical field,the medical service based on Internet technology is in the ascendant.In view of the rapid spread of the Internet and not limited by time and space,the use of the Internet to carry out medical services is very useful to solve the problem of insufficient medical resources.Through the internet medical service platform,the medical knowledge service platform based on the Internet technology can help people to better see the medical treatment,to increase people's medical knowledge and understand their own health conditions and has a great benefit.This paper mainly takes the operation and management of network medical service in L medical Affiliated Hospital as the research object,analyzes its operation and management strategy selection,and explores the problems in the implementation process of its operation management strategy through the analysis of its internal and external environment,and puts forward some pertinent suggestions on this basis.The main contents of the article are as follows:First of all,we discussed the environment of network medical service in L City medical Affiliated Hospital,laying the foundation for the formulation of its development strategy.Secondly,using the SWORT analysis method,and combining the EFE matrix,IFE matrix and QSPM matrix,the network service operation strategy of L City medical affiliated hospital is discussed in order to provide the basis for the related improvement strategy.Thirdly,the corresponding countermeasures for the operation and management of network medical service in L medical affiliated hospital are put forward.The information feedback system is established,the concept of modern marketing is introduced,and a variety of marketing methods are used to analyze the human resource management,customer relationship management and demand management..
