Research On Optimization Strategy Of Operation Management Of Apheresis Plasma Station In NC Company

As a national strategic resource,blood products are a valuable resource.Blood products play an important role in the prevention and treatment of many major diseases.With the rapid development of China's economy and biotechnology,China's demand for biopharmaceuticals is increasing.China's biopharmaceutical industry is developing at an unprecedented rate,but at the same time,it faces many challenges from all sides.The management of apheresis plasma station is a long-term,complex and great project.Improving medical level and work efficiency and ensuring plasma safety are the topics that need to be seriously studied in China's medical industry in recent years.This paper analyzes the current situation of operation and management of NC plasma collection station,diagnoses the problems existing in the operation and management of plasma collection station,and proposes that the operation management system is imperfect,the operation process needs to be optimized,the daily management is not in place,and the system implementation is biased.The quality and business level of employees need to be improved,the training effect is not good,the staff's work initiative is not high,the service awareness is not strong,the turnover rate is high,the layout of the pulp station is unreasonable,the hardware facilities can not meet the existing development,and the financial account is not filled in.What is more,the budget preparation and implementation have problems.Based on the experience of domestic and foreign countries,the optimization measures and suggestions for the operation and management of the plasma collection station are proposed.It is considered that the management system of the NC plasma collection station needs to be further improved.Optimize the operation management process,strengthen the daily standard management of the pulp production business,improve the execution of the management system,strengthen the training,improve the overall quality and business level of the staff,rationally distribute the pulp station,update the hardware facilities,create a good service environment,and pay attention to finance.Give full play to financial management functions,strengthen informationization construction and establish an effective mechanism for communication and cooperation with the media.The above measures aim to strengthen the operation and management of the plasma collection station and establish a good public image.It not only has certain help and reference for the better operation and management of the enterprise,but also has great significance for the sustainable development of similar plasma sampling stations.
