Clinical Observation Wenyangtongfu Decoction For The Treatment Of Slow Transmission Constipation(yang Deficiency Type)

Objective:To observed the clinical efficacy and safety of Wenyangtongfu decoction according the symptom points before and after treatment and the evaluation criteria.Methods:60 cases of slow transmission constipation of Yang deficiency type were selected from May 10,2016 to August 1,2017 in the outpatient of anorectal clinic in Henan province hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group by random digital table.The treatment group was given Wenyangtongfu decoction,and the control group was giwen.Cistanchetongbian oral liquid.1 week is a course of treatment.After 4 courses of treatment,the treatment is completed.Before the treatment,after the treatment,the sixth week,the eighth week,the sixteenth week,and the twenty-eighth week are counted,and comparative analysis is conducted.Finally,the efficacy evaluation is obtained.Results:There was a significant difference in symptom scores between Wenyang tongfu decoction and symptom score before treatment(P<0.05).The difference between symptom score and symptom score before treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in symptom score after treatment with Wenyangtongfu decoction and Cistanchetongbian oral liquid(P<0.05).The total effective rate of Wenyangtongfu decoction and Cistanchetongbian oral liquid was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,there were significant differences in the markers of Wenyangtongfu decoction and Cistanchetongbian oral liquid(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of Wenyangtongfu decoction and Cistanchetongbian oral liquid in eighth weeks,sixteenth weeks and twenty-eighth weeks was statistically different(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wenyangtongtu decoction can effectively improve intestinal transmission function,improve clinical symptoms,and long-term curative effect is good,suitable for clinical application.Warming spleen and kidney therapy is effective in the treatment of yang deficiency type with slow transmission constipation,and has clinical reference significance for treating yang deficiency constipation.
