Clinical Study On Rheumatoid Arthritis Patients' Blood Stasis Obstruction Syndrome Treated With TongBiHuoXue Decoction

Objective: This paper aims to observe the clinical curative effect and security of TongBiHuoXue decoction combined western medicine in the treatment of blood stasis obstruction syndrome rheumatoid arthritis,as TongBiHuoXue decoction treating blood stasis obstruction syndrome RA provides the theoretical basis in clinic.Methods: The cases were selected from 60 patients with blood stasis obstruction syndrome rheumatoid arthritis in the department of rheumatology and osteopathy,Henan Province Hospital of TCM.According to the grouping random number table,they were divided into the control group and experimental group 30 cases each.The control group was given MTX of 7.5mg~15mg once a week,and celecoxib capsules 0.2g twice a day.On the basis of the control group,the experimental group was added to TongBiHuoXue decoction.All patients were treated for 12 weeks.Before and after the treatment,record clinical symptoms and signs,ESR,CRP,TCM syndrome scores,DAS28 scores of the two groups,and then statistical analysis with SPSS21.0 statistical software.Results:(1)The total effective rate of TCM syndrome was 93.33% in the experimenta l group and 72.41% in the control group,P<0.05,and the difference was statistica l ly significant.(2)The number of joint sweling,joint tenderness,morning stiffness time,ESR,CRP and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and the results of the experimental group were better than the control group.(3)The DAS28 scores of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Comparison between before and after the treatment of the two groups,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significa nt,the two treatment methods had similar effects.Conclusions: TongBiHuoXue decoction combined with western medicine and western medicine alone treatment for RA with blood stasis obstruction syndrome can improve the clinical symptoms(joint swel ing,morning stiffness time,joint tenderness,etc.),some laboratory parameters(ESR,CRP),and disease activity,TCM syndrome scores and so on.However,compared with the two treatment methods,except that the effect of reducing the disease activity was similar,TongBiHuoXue decoction combined with MTX was more effective and safer.
