Objective:To explore the relationship between blood stasis syndrome and plasma F?? levels,platelet parameters and blood coagulation-related laboratory parameters in rheumatoid arthritis(RA),to provide an objective basis for the diagnosis of RA blood stasis syndrome.Methods:The 64 RA patients that were selected from Department of Rheumatology and Immunology of Bethune International Peace Hospital were divided into blood stasis syndrome(RA-BSS)group and non-blood stasis syndrome(RA-NBSS)group according to the diagnostic criteria of blood stasis syndrome.Twenty-six healthy people were collected as control group.The basic information and clinical symptoms signs of the patients,for example gender,age,duration,swelling joints count,tenderness joints count,patients' overall assessment of disease activity,and tongue coating,pulse,were collected.Recording the RA patients' Laboratory results,for example erythrocyte sedimentation rate,C-reactive protein,rheumatoid factor,platelet count,platelet cubic measure distributing width,mean platelet volume,platelet distribution width,platelet-large cell ratio,D-dimer,fibrinogen,etc.The level of factor ??,tumor necrosis factor-?,interleukine-6,receptor activator of NF-?B ligand were measured using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay with patients' blood.Using the 19.0 statistical software to compare the differences between the three groups of laboratory indicators.Results:1.RA blood stasis syndrome type distributionForty-three patients with blood stasis syndrome in 64 RA patients(67.2%).The onset of type of from high to low is qi-deficiency blood stasis syndrome(37.2%),blood deficiency blood stasis syndrome(25.6%),cold coagulation blood stasis syndrome(18.6%),stagnant of qi blood stasis syndrome(14.0%),phlegm blocked blood stasis syndrome(4.7%),toxic heat blood stasis syndrome(0%).2.The level of F??,TNF-?,IL-6,RANKL in the three groupsThe levels of F??,TNF-?,IL-6,RANKL in patients of RA-BSS group,RA-NBSS group are significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05)while no difference between the two groups(P>0.05).3.The level of PLT,PCT,MPV,PDW,P-LCR in the three groupsThe levels of PLT,PCT in patients of RA-BSS group are significantly higher than those in patients of RA-NBSS group while the levels of MPV,PDW,P-LCR are significantly reduced(P<0.05).The level of PLT,PCT,MPV are no difference between RA-NBSS group with control group(P>0.05).4.The level of ESR,CRP,RF in the two groupsThe level of RF in patients of RA-BSS group is significantly higher than those in patients of RA-NBSS group(P<0.05)while the levels of ESR,CRP are no difference between the two groups(P>0.05).5.The level of D-D,Fib in the two groupsThe level of D-D in patients of RA-BSS group is significantly higher than those in patients of RA-NBSS group(P<0.05)while the levels of Fib is no difference between the two groups(P>0.05).6.The level of F??,TNF-?,IL-6,RANKL in different disease activityThe level of F??,TNF-?,IL-6,RANKL in patients of RA-BSS group,RA-NBSS group are significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The level of TNF-?,IL-6 in patients of RA-BSS group are significantly higher than those of RA-NBSS group(P<0.05).The level of F??,RANKL is no difference between RA-NBSS group with RA-NBSS group(P>0.05).7.Correlation analysis of F?? with TNF-?,IL-6,RANKLF?? is positively related with TNF-?,IL-6,RANKL(P<0.05).IL-6 is positively related with RANKL,TNF-?(P<0.05),while not related between TNF-? with RANKL(P>0.05).8.Correlation analysis of F?? with ESR,CRP,RF,DSA28-ESRF?? is not related with ESR,CRP,RF,DSA28-ESR(P>0.05).DSA28-ESR is positively related with ESR,CRP,RF(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Blood stasis syndrome is an important type of RA.The onset of type of from high to low is qi-deficiency blood stasis syndrome,blood deficiency blood stasis syndrome,cold coagulation blood stasis syndrome,stagnant of qi blood stasis syndrome,phlegm blocked blood stasis syndrome,toxic heat blood stasis syndrome.2.The level of F??,platelet parameters,coagulation parameters can provide reference for quantitative diagnosis of RA blood stasis syndrome.3.The level of F?? is significantly increased in RA patients,and is positively related with TNF-?,IL-6,RANKL.We demonstrate that the F?? drives arthritis pathogenesis by promoting local inflammatory.
