The Research Of Influence About Wan Bi Decoction On Inflammatory Indicators Of Rheumatoid Arthritis(kidney-deficiency And Blood-stasis Syndrome)

Objective: Apply Wan Bi Decoction to treat the Rheumatoid Arthritis(Kidney-deficiency and Blood-stasis Syndrome), observe the influence of the Wan Bi Decoction to patients with the inflammatory indicators RA IL – 6, TNF-α and CRP, in search of a treatment that is safe, effective and easy to operate RA, to let patients and doctors have more treatment options.Methods: Screening 60 patients that had RA Kidney-deficiency and Blood-stasis Syndrome from rheumatism bone disease outpatient and ward of Henan province traditional Chinese medicine, and then divided them into treatment group and control group randomly, 30 cases in each group. The control group was given methotrexate and diclofenac sodium zyban, The experimental group based on the treatment in control group and take Wan Bi Decoction.(if the patients pain VAS score less than 4, stop using diclofenac sodium zyban; if suffering from acute inflammation can’t control, combined with prednisone acetate tablets 5 mg/day, most applications cannot be more than 1 week).Observation of 3 month is a treatment course. Observe pain score and Symptoms changes of the two groups’ patients respectively. Determination the value of main laboratory indicators: IL- 6, TNF-α and CRP, and then carried on statistical analysis.Results: The comparison showed the significant difference inflammatory cytokines of IL-6,TNF-α and cute inflammation indicator CRP were both significant difference(P<0.05) before and after treatment in the two groups; The end of treatment were significant difference between the groups,:treatment group was superior to control group.Conclusion: The experimental group is more obvious in RA lowering levels of ankylosing spondylitis patients with inflammatory indexes than the control group,and more quickly,less side effect.
