| Objective: Observe the effect of combined acupuncture and medicine on the treatment of coronary heart disease with depression after PCI.It provides new ideas and new research methods for the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with depression after PCI,and observes the effect of combined acupuncture and medicine treatment on the quality of life of such patients.Methods: Selected 72 patients with depression after coronary heart disease PCI from outpatient and clinical psychology clinics in The First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of traditional Chinese medicine and the Ninth People's Hospital of Zhengzhou as subjects,on the basis of standardized drug treatment after coronary heart disease PCI,the treatment group was divided into acupuncture group and control group sertraline group.The Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD)score was given before treatment and after 1,2 and 4 weeks of treatment,including each factor score and total score,pre-treatment and after 4 weeks of treatment,a health survey summary(SF-36)was performed to assess the quality of life,including all dimensions and total scores.Statistical analysis of differences between groups and groups before and after treatment,and changes in HAMD factors,check whether the onset time and efficacy of combined acupuncture and medicine treatment are better than that of single drug sertraline,the characteristics of changes between the scores of various factors,and the impact on the quality of life of patients.The vital signs before and after treatment,blood,urine,and stool were compared and their liver and kidney function were compared to verify clinical safety.Using Microsoft Excel to establish a database,SPSS22.0 statistical software for statistical analysis.Results:1.This study completed a total of 72 cases in the study group,36 in the treatment group and 36 in the control group.There was no statistically significant difference in gender and risk factors for coronary heart disease between the two groups(P>0.05);age,HAMD score,and SF-36 score were not statistically significant(P>0.05);There was no significant difference in the course of disease after PCI(P>0.05).2.Efficacy evaluation:The total effective rate in the treatment group was 91.67% after treatment,and the total effective rate in the control group after treatment was 77.78%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant.Comparison between groups:After 1 week and 2 weeks of treatment in the two groups,there was a significant difference in the anxiety/somatization factor,sleep disorder factors and total group scores of the HAMD scale(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant;After 4 weeks of treatment,there was a significant difference in the anxiety/somatization factor,sleep disturbance factor,retardation factor and total score between the HAMD scales(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant.After 4 weeks of treatment,there was a significant difference in the dimensions of SF-36 between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Within-group comparison: The improvement of HAMD total scores in the two groups after 1,2 and 4 weeks of treatment was lower than that before treatment.There was a significant difference between before and after treatment(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant.In the treatment group,the HAMD factors were significantly different from those before the treatment(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant.After 1 week of treatment in the control group,there was no significant difference(P>0.05)between anxiety/somatization,body weight,cognitive impairment,day/night change,block,sleep disorder,sense of despair,and systemic symptom factors(P>0.05).Significance,HAMD total score was significantly different from before treatment(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant;HAMD factor scores were significantly different(P<0.05)before and after treatment in 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment.Statistically significant(P<0.05).The SF-36 scores after treatment in the treatment and control groups were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.During the study,the temperature,blood pressure,respiration,heart rate,blood,urine,routine bowel movements,liver and kidney function of the two groups were not found abnormal before and after treatment,indicating clinical safety.Conclusion:1.The combination of acupuncture and medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease and post-PCI combined depression has the characteristics of exact clinical curative effect,can quickly improve the degree of depression in patients,relieve depressive symptoms and relieve pain.At the same time can significantly improve the quality of life of coronary heart disease patients with depression after PCI.2.The combination of acupuncture and medicine to improve the onset time and treatment effect of coronary heart disease after PCI in patients with depression is superior to sertraline alone at the same time point,and has an effect on improving anxiety/somatization,sleep disorder factors and retardation factors obvious advantage.3.Acupuncture combined with sertraline had no adverse reactions during the study.Before and after treatment,patients had no adverse reactions to body temperature,blood pressure,respiration,heart rate,blood routine,urine routine,routine stool,and liver and kidney function.Clinical safety is safe.4.Acupuncture treatment is widely used,acupuncture combined with treatment of coronary heart disease PCI with depression reasonable point selection,rapid onset,clinical efficacy,application safety,for the treatment of coronary heart disease after PCI provides a new depression.The treatment method is worthy of further exploration of the mechanism of acupuncture and drug combination,and can further conduct multi-center,largesample clinical studies. |
