The Analysis And Clinical Research Of Acupuncture For Coronary Heart Disease Patients With Depression

Objective: The aims of the project is through the laboratory and clinical evaluation toobserve the curative effect of the acupuncture mechanism, and to provide the theory basisand clinical evidence for the TCM acupuncture treatment of coronary heart disease patientswith depression, so as to provide patients with new treatments.Method: choose67cases of patients with coronary heart disease with depression,divided into the experimental group and control group.The control group is limited towestern medicine routine treatment.The treatment group adds with acupuncture to points ofgovernor vessel,meridian of hand and foot jueyin,heart meridian of hand shaoyin,withjieyuxingqi,huoxue zhitong,yangxin anshen.choose the acupuncture points such as xinshu,neiguan, jueyinshu, danzhong, xingjian, qimen, xuehai, geshu, sanyinjiao, keep the needlesfor20min once a day.Treatment group and control group are in six weeks for a period oftreatment,four treatment later,then end the treatment.Watch the diffences bettwen twogroups in general data,related risk factors (blood fat and blood sugar,Hcy,Hs-CRP),depression rating,angina pectoris integral, TCM symptoms and so on.Results: through the two groups of statistical analysis,conclude statisticallysignificant differences(P <0.01)bettwen the treatment group and control group in lipidlevels (TC, TG, LDL-c), Hcy, Hs-CRP, depression rating statistically significant (P <0.05),especially in TG, LDL-c.Conclusion: the acupuncture treatment of coronary heart disease patients withdepression have apparent curative effect,can reduce the blood fat, Hcy, Hs-CRP,Reduce the symptoms of depression.While both groups in fasting plasma glucose,angina pectorisintegral,TCM symptoms compared without statistics on learning points differences, but thestatistics process found the results of treatment group are less than the other one. So we canconclude that acupuncture can still reduce blood glucose levels, Relieve symptoms of thecoronary heart disease patients with clinical symptoms of depression,promote theprognosis.Therefore,acupuncture treatment of coronary heart disease patients withdepression has obvious clinical curative effect,can not only reduce the risk index,but alsocan improve the clinical symptoms,All of this is accord with clinical practice and is inworth using for reference.
