Clinical Research On The Effects Of The Concentration Of Serum S100B Protein In Patients With Depression After Stroke The Peiyuan Jieyu Acupuncture Combined With Seculin

Objective:The aim of this study is to explore the mechanism of neurotrophic factor in the treatment of post stroke depression by observing the effect of the acupuncture method and the effect of sertraline on the serum S100B protein concentration in patients with post-stroke depression,and provide new ideas for the new therapeutic effect of post-stroke depression.Methods:60 patients with post-stroke depression who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.Finally,59 cases were completed,including 29 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group.The two groups were treated with basic treatment.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture and oral sertraline,1 times a day,6 times a week,1 days for rest and 6 weeks for continuous treatment.The control group was treated with sertraline,1 times a day,and 50mg for 6 weeks.The degree of depression was assessed by the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)before and after the treatment of the two groups,and the nerve function defect was assessed by MSSS.The improved pasteurized index(MBI)was used to evaluate the activity of daily life,and the blood serum S100B protein concentration was detected.The data obtained were statistically analyzed by SPSS20.0 software.Result:1.Two groups of patients after treatment,HAMD score was significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group decreased more significantly than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Two groups of patients after treatment,MSSS score was significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group decreased more significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Two groups of patients after treatment,MBI score was significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group MBI score was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Two groups of patients after treatment,serum S100B protein levels were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05);treatment group serum S100B protein level than the control group decreased more significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Peiyuan Jieyu acupuncture combined with sertraline in treatment of depression after stroke has better than simple oral drug sertraline,it can obviously improve the depressive symptoms of patients with post stroke depression,improve the neural function defect of the patients with post stroke depression,and improve the daily living ability of the patients with post stroke depression.It shows that acupuncture therapy may reduce the concentration of serum S100B protein to achieve the purpose of treating post stroke depression,its mechanism may be related to the mechanism of neurotrophic factor of post stroke depression,which provides a powerful theoretical basis for the clinical practice of acupuncture treatment of such diseases,and brings greater cure hope for the treatment of post stroke depression patients.
