Objective:Using cardiac output (CO), stroke volume (SV), heart rate (HR) and the ST segment of ECG as objective indicators, this study compares the changes of CO, SV, HR and ST, before and 30 min after the acupuncture of HE-1, HE-3, HE-7 and HE-8 in Heart meridian. By observing the immediate effect in cardiac function of patients with coronary artery disease, records the difference between different acupuncture points in Heart meridian, providing a scientific basis for related theories of meridians and future clinical treatment of coronary heart disease. Methods:Randomized controlled trials.80 patients diagnosed as coronary heart disease, were randomly divided into four groups:HE-1, HE-3, HE-7 and HE-8,20 cases in each group. The diagnostic criteria are in accordance with the Monographic Report on Clinical Denomination Standardization of International College of Cardiomyopathy and WHO: Denomination and Diagnostic Criteria of Ischemic Heart Disease. The patients are connected to RM6240C multi-channel physiological signal acquisition and processing systems and AI-601E transimpedance amplifier before the acupuncture. Then manipulate HE-1, HE-3, HE-7 and HE-8 with reinforcing-reducing techniques. Record the changes of CO. SV, HR and ST, before and 30 min after the acupuncture of HE-1, HE-3, HE-7 and HE-8 in Heart meridian.Results:1, the data of Group HE-7 before and after the acupuncture has a significant difference (P<0.01); when compared with the other three groups, is statistically significant (P <0.05, P<0.01).2, the data of both HE-1 and HE-3 before and after the acupuncture are statistically significant (P<0.01), and have a significant difference in improving SV and ST (P <0.05, P<0.01), no significant difference in improving the CO and HR(P> 0.05).3, the dato of HE-8 before and after the acupuncture is significantly different in improving SV and HR (P<0.05). no statistically significant in the improvement of CO and ST(P> 0.05); the data of HE-8 and HE-3 has no statistically significant in improving SV(P> 0.05), but significant difference in improving other indicators(P<0.05, P<0.01); when compared with the other 2 groups, has a significant difference (P<0.01) or a very significant difference (P<0.01).Conclusions:1, The acupuncture of HE-7, HE-1, HE-3 is able to improve the myocardial is chemia in patients with coronary artery disease, which indicates that the Heart meridian has effects on regulating cardiac function; In all three acupuncture points, HE-7 stands out with the best effect, better than HE-1, HE-3, due to the relative difference of acupuncture points in the Heart meridian.2, HE-1 has better effects in improving the myocardial blood supply than HE-3, and HE-8 has a regulatory role in the improvement of SV arid HR of patients with coronary heart disease. This suggests that different acupuncture points on the Heart meridian have different emphasis on the regulation of cardiac function.
