Objective: The purpose of this project is to explore the comprehensive effects of Xingnao Kaiqiao and Bushen Zhiyi Method combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of children with heart-kidney non-traumatic enures is through clinical observation and combined with pediatric physiological and pathological features, and to screen out better methods to guide clinical syndrome differentiation treatment in Chinese medicine. And lay the foundation for the in-depth study of pediatric enuresis. Methods: This subject adopts Xingnao Kaiqiao and Bushen Yi buti combined with acupuncture to treat children with enuresis.According to the individual constitution of children with enuresis,we screened the heart and kidney for more than 3 months from January 2016 to June 2017 in our hospital.A total of 110 children with non-types of enuresis were between 5 and 13 years old.Ran domly divided into: Chinese medicine group, acupuncture group,Chinese medicine combined acupuncture group. The three groups all took 3 months as a course of treatment and were observed for 3 consecutive months(if the child recovers during treatment,he or she can coordinate with the attending physician to stop the treatment 1 to 2 weeks after the complete recovery and conduct follow-up).The children were followed up for 6 months to observe the clinical cure,long-term cure, and recurrence of the three groups of enuresis, and to withdraw from the study group if symptoms appeared during the treatment. At the same time, the three groups of children need to cooperate with the basic treatment with the assistance of parents. The number of weekly enuresis and the symptom scores of the main symptoms and the secondary symptoms before and after the treatment were taken as the observation indexes, and the related safety indexes such as blood routine, urine routine, and sacrococcyx bone X-ray were observed, and the occurrences during the treatment were recorded as th-ey were.Adverse events. The treatment period of the two groups was 3 months. After the end of the treatment period,it was necessary to continue to follo w the return visit to the recovered child for 6 months in order to evaluate the efficacy. After the end of the course of treatment, the three sets of data coll ec-ted and analyzed were evaluated and analyzed.Results:(1)The gender, age, and severity of illness in the three groups of children were statistically tested. All groups had P>0.05,no significant difference, and they were comparable.(2)Comparison of disease effects:(1)Comparison of curative effect in the middle treatment period(after 6 weeks): The curative effect of the three groups of children, after the rank sum test,(P=0.03<0.05),the difference was statistically significant;(2)after the end of the treatment period(After 3 months)comparison of efficacy: The end-point efficacy of the th-ree groups of children, after the rank sum test,(P=0.014<0.05),the difference was significant and statistically significant, indicating that the end-point efficacy of the acupuncture group was poor.(3)Comparison of clinical cure rates: The clinical cure rates of the three groups were statistically verified(P=0.285> 0.05).The difference was not significant and had no statistical significance.(4)Comparison of recurrence rate: The recurrence rate of the three groups of children(P=0.059>0.05)was not significantly different, and there was no clinical ly significant difference.(5)Comparison of long-term cure rate: The long-term cu-re rate of the three groups of children was statistically tested(P=0.617> 0.05).The difference was not significant and there was no statistical significance.(6)Comparison of syndrome effects:(1)Therapeutic effect of TCM syndromes in the middle treatment period(after 6 weeks): The efficacy of TCM syndromes in the middle-term treatment of the three groups of children was statistically verified(P=0.145>0.05).The difference was not significant.Statistical significance.(2)after the end of treatment(after 3 months)TCM syndrome efficacy comparison: the effect of TCM syndromes in the middle three groups of children treated by the statistical test,(P = 0.001 <0.05)significant difference,sta-tistically signi-ficant.(7)Comparison of safety evaluation: Screening of childre-n with enuresis during clinical treatment and follow-up of cases did not result in withdrawal or loss of visits. No adverse events occurred in all three groups. Conclusions:With the combination of Xingnao Kaiqiao and Bushenzhuzhi combined with acupuncture for the treatment of pediatric enuresis, the traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture group has a relatively rapid onset effect and is worthy of clinical promotion. There is no significant difference in long-term follow-up between the three groups of children.
