Research On Spectral Rules Of Acupoints' Selection And Compatibility About Infantile Enuresis

OBJECTIVE: To collect and collate the acupuncture and moxibustion prescriptions of modern doctors in the treatment of pediatric enuresis with acupuncture and moxibustion,and to explore the selection and compatibility of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of pediatric enuresis by using data mining technique,and to establish the regularity spectrum.The aim of this study is to lay the foundation for the basic theory and clinical research of acupoint selection and compatibility program,and to find a breakthrough for acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of pediatric enuresis.Methods: Based on the "Chinese Medical Code"(fifth edition),the related literatures of pediatric enuresis were collected and compiled by acupuncture and moxibustion in Excel,and the literature database was established.And the use of data mining technology to the treatment of pediatric enuresis of the acupoints,meridian,attributes,distribution and other statistics and analysis,and then finishing for the pediatric enuresis acupoints compatibility rules and complete its regular spectrum.Results: A total of 302 recipes were collected from the acupuncture and moxibustion of children with enuresis.The total frequency was 1489,covering 12 meridians and exoculars.The results of meridian analysis were as follows: the correlation between the meridian and the foot of the sun was the main part of the bladder.The correlation analysis showed that the chest and abdomen and the lower back Most of the specific points associated with the results: to use the points and the original hole more;Conclusion: Treatment of pediatric enuresis of the meridian of the meridians as any veins,the frequency of the most used points for the RN3,RN4,RN6 and other points,the compatibility of the law to the distal acupoints up.
