Objective:The purpose of this study is to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of centrally mediated abdominal pain syndrome(qi stagnation and blood stasis type)in terms of TCM syndromes,pain scores,etc.Centrally mediated abdominal pain syndrome provides a theoretical basis.Methods: The patients who were diagnosed as having qi stagnation and blood stasis type centrally mediated abdominal pain syndrome were selected from the Department of Hepatobiliary and Spleen and Gas of Henan Provincial Hospital during the period from March 2017 to December 2017.According to the patient's order of visit,they were numbered randomly.The methods of digital tables were grouped into groups of1:1,with 35 cases in each of the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was given infusion of Xuan Fu Hua decoction combined with Shao Yao Gan Cao decoction,while the control group was treated with simo soup decoction.Both courses of treatment are 4 weeks.After one course of treatment,observe the TCM syndromes,pain scores,,total effective rate,and adverse reactions of the two groups before and after treatment,and then study the effect of Xuan Fu Hua decoction combined with Shao Yao Gan Cao decoction on qi stagnation and blood stasis type abdominal pain syndrome.Rusults:(1)The TCM syndrome scores,pain score sof the treatment group were all superior to those of the control group(P<0.05);(2)The treatment group was superior to the improvement of irritability,good rest,and hypochondriac pain.The controlgroup(P<0.05)had no significant difference in improving the other symptoms(P>0.05);(3)The total curative effect of the two groups improved compared with that before treatment(P<0.05);after the rank sum test,The total therapeutic effect between the two groups was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).(4)In terms of safety,neither the treatment group nor the control group had abnormal changes during the study period.Conclusion:The effect of Xuan Fu Hua decoction combined with Shao Yao Gan Cao decoction in the treatment of centrally mediated abdominal pain syndrome(qi stagnation and blood stasis type)is definite and can significantly and comprehensively improve the TCM syndromes and symptoms and life of patients with centrally-mediated abdominal pain syndrome.The quality of Xuan Fu Hua decoction combined with Shao Yao Gan Cao decoction in the treatment of Central-mediated abdominal pain syndrome is shorter than the control group,the cost is reduced and the safety is high,and it is an effective prescription for the treatment of Central-mediated abdominal pain syndrome.
