Objective:To observe the influences on microcirculation of Xintongshu decoction on unstable angina pectoris of qi-stagnancy and blood stasis syndrome. Methods:Sixty patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Thirty Patients in control group were treated with common western medicine, the others in treatment group were treated with Xintongshu decoction on the basis of therapy of control group, after treatment, the symptom of angina pectoris, electrocardiogram,curative effect of TCM and the level of microcirculation.Results:The treatment group was improved more obviously than control group in the symptom of pectoris, electrocardiogram, therapeutic effect of TCM, HDL-C level, besides, it also lowered TC, HCT and CRP level(P<0.05 or P<0.01). The utilization ratio of Nitroglycerine were tending to decline. Conclusion: Compounding routine western medicine, Xintongshu decoction has distinct influences which can improve the level of part microcirculation effectively and that may be one of the treatment mechanisms.
