Objective: Observation of qi and blood circulation of abdominal adhesions Treatment(Qi stagnation and blood stasis) clinical efficacy.Methods: Randomized controlled method, 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups. A control group of 30 patients given spasm pain and other conventional surgical treatment; treatment group, 30 patients received conventional surgical treatment, while again giving qi and blood circulation prescription adhesiolysis soup(rhubarb 15g(the latter), Magnolia 15 g, citrus aurantium 12 g, woody 12 g, dalbergia 10 g, Corydalis 15 g, red peony root 15 g, Glauber's salt 10g(punch), peach kernel 10g), water to cook 200 ml, day one, twice morning and evening services, for taking two weeks patients can not be administered orally, is injected through the tube. Two groups of patients were recorded before and after treatment of TCM symptom score, pain level, SF-MPQ score of all, with the number of cases of symptoms and X-ray abnormalities and to quantify the comparison.Result:Treatment group 19 cases cured, 6 cases were markedly effective, effective in 2 cases, 3 had no effect, the total effective rate was 90.0%; Control group healed in 11 cases, 8 cases were markedly effective, 6 cases effective, invalid in 5 cases, total effective rate was 83.3%. The curative effect of treatment group was obviously better than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Qi and blood circulation method can significantly alleviate adhesions abdominal pain(Qi stagnation and blood stasis) symptoms, worthy of clinical use.
