Through the uterine adenomyosis of qi stagnation and blood stasis type before and after treatment in patients with clinical symptoms, signs, serum carbohydrate antigen CA125, serum hormone levels and TCM syndrome integral, comprehensive curative effect score, adverse drug reactions, the related statistical analysis and objective judgement Xuandan Sanjie decoction combined with Mirena clinical curative effect of the treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis type of adenomyosis, provides a new idea for the treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis type of adenomyosis.MethodS:1. Serum hormone levels:two groups of patients after treatment and before treatment compared to the serum E2, FSH, LH, PRL, FT3, FT4, TSH levels had no obvious change, before and after the treatment in the same group showed no significant difference (P> 0.05), between the two groups after treatment no significant difference (P> 0.05).5.
