| Objective:with the acceleration of the pace of modern social life,people's working pressure is generally large,so the incidence of cervical spondylosis is increasing year by year.The hypertension caused by cervical spondylosis has gradually become a common and frequently occurring disease in clinic.Hypertension caused by such cervical spondylosis is easily misdiagnosed as essential hypertension.Oral administration of conventional anthypertensive drugs is not effective for cervical spondylosis,but the clinical effect is not satisfactory.It is a set of techniques summed up by Professor Zhang Shiqing in many years of clinical practice,which is unique to the effect of hypertension caused by cervical spondylosis.This topic through the treatment of 64 cases of cervical hypertension patients,to verify Tongdu massage on Cervical Hypertension(hyperactivity)and the antihypertensive effect,as compared with the"massage" in traditional massage,to further clarify the unique effect of Tongdu manipulation in the treatment of cervicogenic high blood pressure and provide theoretical support for further clinical application.Methods:from March 2017 to March 2018,64 eligible patients with cervical hypertension were selected from the outpatients of the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of traditional Chinese medicine.They were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group and the control group.In the treatment group,the control group was treated by the means of regulating the governor,and the control group was treated with the massage technique of the traditional "massage" on cervical hypertension.The treatment group and the control group were treated 1 times a day,20 minutes each time,2 weeks for a course of treatment.After a course of treatment,the data of two groups of patients' blood pressure,TCM symptom score and neck pain VAS scale were statistically analyzed.The research data are analyzed by SPSS20.0 statistical software.Results:a total of 64 cases were included in the study.There were 32 cases in the treatment group and 32 cases in the control group.After treatment,3 cases were exfoliated,and 61 cases met the research requirements(31 in the treatment group and 30 in the control group).The treatment group 5 cases were cured,10 cases markedly effective,14 cases effective,2 cases ineffective;control group 0 cases were cured,6 cases markedly effective,13 cases effective,11 cases ineffective,the treatment group was better than the control group,the rank and inspection P<0.001,two groups of results statistical significance.In terms of blood pressure change,the systolic blood pressure(mmHg)in the treatment group was 23.90 + 8.368,while the systolic blood pressure(mmHg)in the control group was 15.70 + 10.873,P=0.003<0.05,which was statistically significant.The diastolic pressure decreased(mmHg)in the treatment group was 10.19 + 5.128,and the diastolic pressure(mmHg)in the control group was 6.70 + 5.621.P=0.007<0.05,the two groups were statistically significant.In the aspect of neck pain VAS score,treatment group before treatment score was 7.39 + 1.358 after treatment score was 1.81 + 1.470,before treatment and after treatment the difference was 5.58 + 1.803;in the control group before treatment score was 7.50 + 1.306 after treatment score was 3.73 + 2.599.Before treatment and after treatment,the difference was 3.77+ 2.635.The method of t test was analyzed,and the results of t= 3.128 p=0.003 showed P<0.05,and the two groups were statistically significant.It shows that the treatment group is better than the control group in improving the effect of cervical symptoms.Conclusion:the transfer of Tong Du manipulation in the treatment of Cervical Hypertension(liver yang hyperactivity type)is significantly better than that in the control group in the range of blood pressure reduction,improvement of TCM symptoms and improvement of neck pain.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.This therapy has the characteristics of simple and inexpensive traditionalChinese medicine,which can reduce the economic burden of the patients.Therefore,it is worthy of further popularization and application in the treatment of carotid artery hypertension(hyperactivity of liver Yang). |
