The Curative Effect Evaluation Of Using Acupuncture And Massage By Stages To Improve Cervical Curvature And Treat Cervical Spondylosis

Objective : The purpose of this study was to discuss the respective advanced technologies to treat cervical spondylosis with acupuncture and massage,acquire the optimal curative effect therapies,improve the curative effect of acupuncture and massage,and provide the basis for the clinical promotion and application.Method:Gathering 60 cervical spondylosis patients who were treated in Changchun University and Chinese Medicine Acupuncture Clinic and Inpatient Department from Dec.2013 to Oct.2014. Divided them into two groups randomly,the treatment group(the acupuncture and massage group by stages)and the control group(the acupuncture and massage group by the same time). Each group has 30 cases. There are 21 days in all.(The treatment group treated the patients with acupuncture for 14 days first and then massage for 7 days).Result:1. The two groups were compared in clinical efficacy. The curative rate of the treatment group is 93.34%,and the curative rate of the control group is 75.87%. Through statistical analysis and comparison,the curative rates of two groups of patients have statistical significance. It explains that the treatment group has more obvious curative effect than the control group in improving patients’ cervical physiological curvature and curing cervical spondylosis.2. The two groups were compared in onset time and disappearing time of the main symptom. The differences have significance(p<0.05), it means the therapy of the treatment group is more reasonable and valid than the control group.3. From the follow-up survey after two months we can see that the recurrence rate of the control group is significantly higher than the treatment group. Compared with the two groups of patients,it has statistical significance(p<0.05),this shows that on the long-term effect, the treatment group is superior to the control group.Conclusion:The acupuncture and massage group by stages in improving cervical curvature and curing cervical spondylosis has significant effect,it is more reasonable and valid than the method of using acupuncture and massage by the same time.
