| ObjectiveAccording to analyse a randomized controlled trial of Zi-Yin-Tong-Luo-Decoction,We objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy,changes of Bone me tabolism and drug safety of the patients with lumbar Osteoarthritis of Kidney deficiency and blood stasis.MethodsAccording to the principles of simple,randomized,controlled and double-blind clinical trials.The patients who not only conform to the western medicine diagnosis standard but also the TCM syndrome of the standard of Kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were be selected into the study.60 patients were randomly divided into two groups.the treatment group patients took Zi-Yin-Tong-Luo-Decoction combined with computer intermediate frequency electrical stimulation,lumbar massage,traditional Chinese medicine pack;the control group accepted computer medium frequency electric stimulation,lumbar massage,and traditional Chinese medicine pack.The treatment lasted 4 weeks.ResultsThere was no significant difference between the two groups in the general data of sex,average age and average course of disease(P>0.05).the data of two groups is no significant difference which including The classification of X-ray,VAS score before treatment,ODI score before treatment P1 NP,OST,CTX,blood routine,liver and kidney function,rheumatism three,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and other data comparison.In clinical efficacy,the variance analysis of the two groups of VAS scores by repeated data showed that the influence of time factors on the changes of VAS scores in each group was statistically significant;the VAS scores at different time points were different with the different groups,and the difference was statistically significant.Before the treatment,the VAS score of the two groups was =0.310 > 0.05.There was no difference between the two groups.The residual time point P was less than 0.05.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.The test value of the inter-subjective effect in the variance analysis of the repeated data was P=0.003<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.According to the mean value map,the score of VAS score in the treatment group is lower,the decrease is more obvious,the curative effect is more significant,and has statistical significance.The variance analysis of the two groups of ODI scores by repeated data showed that the effect of time factors on the changes of ODI scores in each group was statistically significant,and the ODI scores at different time points were different with the different groups,and the difference was statistically significant.Before the treatment,the VAS score of the two groups was =0.451 > 0.05.There was no difference between the two groups.The residual time point P was less than 0.05.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.The test value of the intersubjective effect in the variance analysis of the repeated data was P=0.003<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.According to the mean value map,the score of ODI score in the treatment group is lower,the decrease is more obvious,the curative effect is more significant,and has statistical significance.In the laboratory data,The variance analysis of the two groups of P1 NP by repeated data showed that the effect of time factors on the changes of P1 NP data in each group did not have statistical significance;the P1 NP of different time points did not vary with the different groups,and the difference was not statistically significant.There was no statistically significant difference in P=0.424>0.05 between subjects.According to the mean value map,there was no significant difference in the values between the two groups before and after P1 NP treatment,and the difference between them was not statistically significant.The variance analysis of the two groups of OST by repeated data showed that the effect of time factors on the changes of OST data in each group did not have statistical significance;the OST of different time points did not vary with the different groups,and the difference was not statistically significant.There was no statistically significant difference in P=0.44>0.05 between subjects.According to the mean value map,there was no significant difference in the values between the two groups before and after OST treatment,and the difference between them was not statistically significant.The analysis of the variance of the repeated data in the two groups of CTX showed that the effect of time factors on CTX was statistically significant,and the CTX of different time points was different with the different groups,and the difference was statistically significant.The value of CTX P was =0.830 > 0.05 between the two groups before treatment.There was no statistical difference between the two groups.The residual time point P value was less than 0.05.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant,and the test value of the intersubjective effect in the variance analysis of the repeated data was P=0.045<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.According to the mean value map,the CTX value of the treatment group decreased more significantly,the decline was more obvious,and the bone resorption was inhibited.The difference was statistically significant.In the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,4 cases were cured in the treatment group,17 cases were markedly effective,8 cases were effective and 1 cases were invalid,the total effective rate was 96.7%.In the control group,4 cases were cured,7 cases were markedly effective,15 cases were effective,4 cases were invalid,the total effective rate was 86.7%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the main TCM syndrome,the symptoms of low back pain,hot tide and sweats,dry oropharynx and tinnitus were obviously improved in the treatment group,and the degree of improvement was better than that of the control group.In the control group,only low back pain were improved compared with those before treatment.There were no significant improvement in symptoms such as hot flashes,night sweats,oropharyngeal dryness and tinnitus.There was no significant difference in bone metabolism index between the two groups.No serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.ConclusionThe effectness of Zi-Yin Tong-Luo-Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine computer intermediate frequency electrical stimulation and lumbar massage,traditional Chinese medicine pack in the treatment of lumbar Osteoarhritis is better than the treatment that simple used the computer intermediate frequency electrical stimulation,lumbar massage,Chinese medicine packets to improve clinical efficacy in the more significantly.At the same time,Zi-Yin Tong-Luo-Decoction inhibit bone absorption and improve bone and improve the clinical symptoms of lumbar degenerative osteoarthropathy.The therapeutic effect of Zi-Yin Tong-Luo-Decoction is accurate,and it has good safety and no obvious side effects. |
