Objective:The aim of this study was to explore the improvement of the cognitive status of mild vascular cognitive impairment which syndrome differentiation belongs to renal deficiency and blood stasis syndrome through traditional chinese medicine combination therapy: Jian Nao Tong Mai tablet combined with Tong Du Tiao Shen acupuncture. Methods: From December 2018 to September 2019,58 patients with vascular mild cognitive impairment which syndrome differentiation belongs to renal deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were selected to enter a clinical trial were divided into two groups, including 29 in the experimental group(TCM comprehensive treatment group)and 29 in the control group. The patients who belongs to experimental group were perosed Jian Nao Tong Mai tablets and combined with the acupuncture method called Tong Du Tiao Shen acupuncture. The patients who belongs to control group were perosed placebo and combined with the acupuncture method called Tong Du Tiao Shen acupuncture. The treatment group and the control group were treated with 8 weeks as a course of treatment.Respctivelty observe and analyse the sore of MMSE?BBS?BADLS?CSDD?SDSVD before and after the contrast test.At the same time, the safety indexes of blood routine, liver, kidney function, urine, stool routine and ECG were detected.Results:1.Comparison of pre-treatment balance :The sex?age?education level?MMSE?BBS?BADLS?CSDD?SDSVD scores were statistically tested between the experimental group and the control group before treatment. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the baseline index score before treatment in the two groups, which was comparable.2.Comparison of Scale Evaluation before and after Treatment:2.1 MMSE score:After 8 weeks of treatment, the result of MMSE scores of the two groups was P <0.05 by statistical test. The difference was statistically significant; The curative effect after treatment was P <0.05 by statistical test. The difference was statistically significant, which was suggesting that both groups could improve the cognitive function of the patients, among which the experimental group was better than the control group.2.2 BBS Score:The result of BBS scores between the two groups after 8weeks of treatment was P <0.05 after statistical test, and the difference was statistically significant. The curative effect of BBS was P <0.05 after statistical test, the difference was statistically significant, and the total effective rate of the experimental group after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group, indicating that both groups had the effect of improving the cognitive function of the patients, and the experimental group was better than the control group.2.3 BADLS score: The result of BBS scores between the two groups after 8 weeks of treatment was P >0.05 by statistical test, and the difference was no statistically significant. The result of curative effect after treatment was P <0.05 by statistical test, which point out the difference was statistically significant. And the total effective rate of the experimental group after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group, which suggesting that there was no significant difference in the BADLS scores between the two groups after treatment, but the curative effect of the experimental group before and after treatment was better than that of the control group.2.4 CSDD score:The result of CSDD scores between the two groups after 8 weeks of treatment was P >0.05 by statistical test, and the difference was no statistically significant. The result of statistical test was P <0.05 after intra group comparison, and the difference was statistically significant. The result of curative effect after treatment was P >0.05 by statistical test, which was pointed out the difference was no statistically significant. The results showed that the two groups had the effect of improving the sores of the CSDD and there was no significant difference between the two groups.2.5 TCM Syndrome score: The result of TCM Syndrome scores between the two groups after 8 weeks of treatment was P <0.05 by statistical test, and the difference was statistically significant. The results showed that the scores of TCM symptoms were significantly different between the two groups, and the experimental group was better than the control group in improving TCM symptoms.3.Safety evaluation :Before and after treatment, the two groups of subjects were examined for safety indexes(including blood routine, urine routine, liver and kidney function and ECG).No abnormal changes related to the test drugs were found. There were no adverse reactions and side effects in this trial after rigorous clinical observation. At the same time, the basic medication and combined medication of the two groups of subjects in the course did not violate the relevant regulations of this clinical programme.Conclusion:1.Jian Nao Tong Mai tablets combined with the Tong Du Tiao Shen acupuncture method was better than the control group in improving the mini-mental state examination(MMSE),the Blessed Behavior Scale(BBS)and the Bristol Daily Life Power Table(BADLS),and the improvement was better than the control group in improving the symptoms of TCM.The two groups had the effect of improving the sores of the CSDD and there was no significant difference between the two groups.2.Jian Nao Tong Mai tablets combined with the Tong Du Tiao Shen acupuncture method can improve the cognitive function, daily life ability and social ability, the Syndrome of depression and TCM Syndrome of the patients with vascular cognitive impairment.
