| Objective:This study observed and analyzed the clinical efficacy of Tonifying kidney and tonifying blood stasis decoction in the treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type with hypomenorrhea,to explore its clinical efficacy and safety,and to provide a new idea for clinical treatment of this disease.Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases each.Treatment group with kidney and blood stasis decoction,the control group with Femoston,continuous treatment of three menstrual cycles,the two groups were observed in the two groups before and after treatment the clinical comprehensive efficacy,TCM syndrome integral,follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)and serum luteinizing hormone(LH),the change of the serum levels of estrogen(E2),through the statistical analysis,concluded that the evaluation of kidney through stasis decoction in the treatment of kidney and blood stasis type,after the clinical curative effect of less.Results:There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in terms of TCM syndrome score and clinical comprehensive efficacy(P<0.05).The difference in serum E2 between the two groups after treatment and before treatment was statistically significant(p<0.05),while the difference in serum FSH and LH before and after treatment was not statistically significant(p>0.05).However,the difference in E2between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment was not statistically significant(p>0.05).Conclusion:Tonifying kidney and tonifying blood stasis decoction has a definite effect on the treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type hypomenorrhea.It can effectively improve patients'symptoms and improve their quality of life.The decoction of tonifying kidney and tonifying blood stasis is superior to Femoston in TCM syndrome integral and clinical comprehensive curative effect,with high safety and little side effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion. |
