Clinical Research On The Effectiveness Of Yishen Tongjing Decotion Combined With Acupuncture In Treating Hypomenorrhea Of Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objectives:Explore a effective treatment for hypomenorrhea. Through a comprehensive analysis for large number of traditional and western medicine literature, adopt the metho d of herbal drugs combined with acupuncture to treat kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of hypomenorrhea. To certificate that the method of herbal drugs combined with acupuncture in improving the clinical symptoms of hypomenorrhea is scientific and practical. It’s worthy to popularize. More patients will benefit.Methods:Select 50 patients who had visited in Changzhou TCM Hospital from March i n 2015 to February in 2016 and met the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medic ine and western medicine on kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of hypomeno rrhea. A randomized controlled clinical trial was conducted. They were average divided into two groups. The test group take yi shen tong jing decoction for ten days after the end of menstruation.(shui jian fu, after half an hour of both breakfast and dinner),and during the first, third, fifth, seventh and the ninth day of the medication apply the ac upuncture treatment,while TDP irradiate lower abdomen. The control group only take y i shen tong jing decoction for ten days after the end of menstruation. Both of them we re cured constantly for three months. Then observe the change of menstruation and othe r clinical symptoms.Results:Patients’ total symptom score in the two groups were dramatically reduced afte r treatment(P<0.01), and the two groups’ difference have statistical significance(P<0.05) ; The total effective rate of test group was 92%,and that of control group was 76%. Th ere was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The effective of treatmen t group was better than that of the control group. After treatment, sex hormone FSH an d LH and E2 had no significant difference of both two groups. It illustrate that there was no obvious effect on sex hormone. After treatment, the endometrial thickness were higher in both two groups(P<0.05).But there was no significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions:Both of the two approaches can treat Kidney deficiency and blood stasis sy ndrome of hypomenorrhea. They have obviously improved significantly in the amount of vaginal bleeding, bleeding tine and associated symptoms. The effective of the treatment group is better. During the process of treatment didn’t find significant side effects or a dverse reactions. It’s valuable to popularize this treatment method.
