The Clinical Observation Of Primary Hypothyroidism With Menstrual Disorder By Wenshen Tiaojing Treatment

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effects of Wenshen Tiaojing method in treating primary hypothyroidism with menstrual disorder.To explore its mechanism from the perspective of traditional Chinese and western medicine thoroughly and to explore the new methods of Chinese and western medicine in treating the disease.MethodsIn this study,we randomly divided 74 primary hypothyroidism with menstrual disorder patients into two groups.The matched group owes 36 cases,treated with thyroid.The treatment group owes 38 cases,treated with Wenshen Tiaojing medicine combined euthyrox.After three months treatment,evaluating two groups' curative effct by the index of thyroid function?sexual gland function and chinese symptom integral.Results1.Baseline condition:take the independent sample test on both groups patients,about age?thyroid function and sexual gland function,and the results show that the each comparison of the difference was not statistically significant.Take the chi-square test on the two groups' patients,the result of each chinese symptom integral shows the baseline data were consistent and comparable.2.Thyroid function:take the paired t-test on both groups patients,the results show that the differences between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.05),suggesting both treatments methods can improve the level of thyroid function.Take the independent sample t-test on both groups patients,the difference before and after the treatment results showed that in two groups of patients ' FT3 ? FT4 and TSH was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the effect of the treatment group is better than the matched group.3.Sex hormone and correlative hormone: take the paired t-test on the both groups,the results of before and after treatment shows statistically significant differences between FSH,LH,PRL and E2 after treatment in the treatment group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in T index(P>0.05).The differences between FSH,LH,PRL and E2 in the control group were statistically significant(P<0.05),and there was no statistical significance(P>0 0.05)in T index.Take the independent sample t-test,the difference between the two groups of patients after treatment was statistically significant,suggesting that the treatment group had better efficacy than the matched group in improving the sex hormone and correlative hormone.4.TCM symptoms: by paired sample t test: the treatment group before and after treatment in patients with symptoms integral aspects of the comparison of traditional Chinese medicine,the TCM symptom integral(except by mass)difference had statistical significance(P < 0.05);Comparison of TCM syndromes before and after treatment in the matched group showed statistical significance(P<0.05)in the menstrual cycle,menstrual quantity,mental retardation,fatigue,and chills.By independent sample t test,two groups of patients before and after treatment symptoms integral difference comparison,including the quantity,the color,dysmenorrhea,loss of libido,depressed,languid,aversion to cold,and cold limbs and lumbar debility and memory difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05).It is suggested that the combination of Wenshen Tiaojing medicine and euthyrox is more effective in improving the clinical symptoms of patients.5.Therapeutic effect: 8 cases were cured in 38 cases of treatment group,16 were effective,11 were effective,3 were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 92.1%.In the control group,3 cases were cured,8 were effective,17 were effective,8 were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 77.78%.The results showed that the difference between the treatment group and the matched group was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the matched group.It is suggested that the treatment of Wenshen Tiaojing medicine combined euthyrox in primary hypothyroidism and menstrual disorder is better than onefold euthyrox treatment.6.Adverse reactions: there were statistically significant differences in palpitations,sweating,insomnia,and restlessness in two groups of patients after treatment(P < 0.05).It is suggested that the combination of Wenshen Tiaojing medicine and pure euthyrox treatment is less than the pure euthyrox treatment of palpitations,sweating,insomnia and irritability,which reflects the higher safety of traditional Chinese medicine.Conclusion:Wenshen Tiaojing medicine combined euthyrox treatment and pure euthyrox treatment in primary hypothyroidism with menstrual disorders,both can improve thyroid hormones and sex hormone and correlatine hormone levels,improve clinical symptom such as menstrual disorders,kidney Yang deficiency.But Wenshen Tiaojing medicine combined euthyrox treatment is more effective in improve the thyroid function,sex hormone and related hormone in the patient with the effect of primary hypothyroidism with menstrual disorder than pure euthyrox treatment,and had less adverse clinical response and higher safety.
