Objective:Organized Wu Quansheng professor's syndrome about diagnoses ideas and experience of clinical drug in treatment of Endometriosis dysmenorrhea,to sum up the experience of the period method of Wenshen Huayu on the disease in order to enrich the theory and methods in TCM treat Endometriosis dysmenorrhea.To objective the symptoms and indexes to evaluate clinical effect about used to evaluates clinical effect on the tutor's experience prescription Wenjing Huayu Tang and Wenshen Nuangong Fang;Discussed the experience prescription's mechanism in hemorheology,immunology and so on;Further clarify the theoretical basis about the period method of Wenshen Huayu on the treatment of Endometriosis dysmenorrhea,to provide new research ideas and methods for Chinese medicine treating this disease.Method:Through careful study and analysis of the law of tutor prescription,access to the relevant literature and research of endometriosis,evaluated the effectiveness of clinical treatment,and summarized experience theory and clinical treatment of the tutor for Treating Endometriosis dysmenorrhea.According to the standard of this research included 62 cases of Endometriosis dysmenorrhea patients were divided into treatment group and control group.The patients in the treatment group taking Wenjing Huayu Tang at 3 days before menstruation,menstrual period 3 days and Wenshen Nuangong Fang after menstruation.Patients in the control group after 3 days before the menstrual period 3 day Guizhi Fuling pills and after service of Guifu Dihuang pills.The two groups were 2 menstrual cycles for 1 course,after 2 courses of treatment,changes of related indexes of patients were observed before and after treatment.Result:The clinical experience of the tutor the treatment of EMT was summaried:(1)Be congenitally deficient,blood stasis was the other important factor;(2)Emotional disorders,external evil invasion;(3)Zheng Qi was asthenic and Evil sthenic;(4)Treating both manifestation and root cause of disease;(5)Nursing one's health in normal times and focusingon preventive defense.1.The scores of syndrome after treatment in patients with EMT were compared between the two groups 5.45±2.46,7.77±2.34,the treatment group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The serum CA125 levels of two groups of patients after treatment were 34.61±9.65,45.80±8.36,the treatment group was lower than the control group,the two groups were compared that there was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the total effective rate of VAS was 90.32%,67.86%,the two groups were compared that there was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The tutor was based on the different etiology and pathogenesis of the disease,the treatment principal of this disease was Wenshen Huayu according the period of menstruation,clinical practice had obtained a more curative effect.The tutor used his experience prescription Wenjing Huayu Tang and Wenshen Nuangong Fang the period method of Wenshen Huayu on the disease in the whole process of menstruation,alleviate the clinical symptoms in patients effectively,could reduce the VAS score and the serum CA125 level.
