Clinical Study On Treatment Of Hypothyroidism Combined With Dyslipidemia(Spleen And Kidney Yang Deficiency And Phlegm Obstruction Syndrome) By Wenshen Zhuyang,Jiedu Huatan Tongluo Method

Objective: Taking Wenshen Zhuyang,Jiedu Huatan Tongluo as a method,treating hypothyroidism with dyslipidemia(spleen and kidney yang deficiency,phlegm obstruction syndrome),observe its therapeutic effect,evaluating the effectiveness and safety of clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine treatment to better improve clinical efficacy.Methods: This study used a randomized,controlled,prospective clinical trial method to select inpatient and outpatient clinics in the treatment endocrine area of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2018 to December 2019.The diagnosis was hypothyroidism with dyslipidemia(spleen and kidney yang deficiency,phlegm obstruction syndrome),sputum 72 patients were divided into treatment group,36 cases,control group,36 cases by the random number table method.Both groups were treated with conventional basic treatment.The treatment group was treated with Wenshen Zhuyang and Jiedu Huatan Tongluo Chinese Medicine Decoction in combination with levothyroxine sodium tablets,and the control group was treated with levothyroxine sodium tablets and Xuezhikang capsules.72 patients were observed for 12weeks(3 courses),with thyroid hormone levels,antibody levels,blood lipid levels,body mass index,thyroid ultrasound,clinical symptoms as the main efficacy evaluation indicators,liver function and kidney function,blood,urine and stool routines as a safety index.To observe the safety and efficacy of this method in the treatment of patients with hypothyroidism complicated with dyslipidemia(spleen and kidney yang deficiency,phlegm obstruction syndrome).Statistical analysis will be calculated using SPSS 24.0 analysis software.Results:The general data of patients included a comparison of gender,age,and course of disease(P>0.05),and there was no difference in comparison.After treatment in both groups,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 76.67%.Treatment of hypothyroidism with dyslipidemia(spleen and kidney yang deficiency,phlegm obstruction syndrome)in the treatment ofhypothyroidism and dyslipidemia(spleen and kidney yang deficiency,phlegm obstruction syndrome)is superior to improving patients' clinical symptoms,reducing thyroid hormone levels and antibody levels,and regulating blood lipid metabolism.The control group(P<0.05)showed no side effects in clinical observation.The clinical curative effect is good,and no side effects are observed in clinical observation,no other adverse reactions occurred during the observation period.Conclusion: For the treatment effect of hypothyroidism combined with dyslipidemia,clinical data analysis confirmed that the treatment group was obviously excellent than the control group(P <0.05),with significant differences.The curative effect is to improve clinical symptoms,thyroid function levels,reduce the equality of antibody levels and blood lipid levels,etc.The patient did not have any untoward effect and toxic side effects,which has a great effect on promoting the recovery of the patient's condition.The treatment is safe and effective and deserves further study.
