Clinical Observation Of Yueju Pill Combined With Shixiao Powder After Treatment For Hypomenorrhea(Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Objective:This subject is the clinical observation of the method of activating qi and activating blood circulation in the treatment of hypomenorrhea(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome).The traditional Chinese medicine classic prescription yueju pill and shixiao powder were selected as the representative prescription for Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.Through the clinical study of yueju pill and shixiao powder ' s(qi-stagnation and blood-stasis syndrome)treatment for hypomenorrhea,the clinical effectiveness and safety of yueju pill in the treatment of this disease were clarified,and the obvious characteristics and treatment advantages of TCM in the treatment of this disease were verified.Methods:A total of 72 patients who visited the outpatient department of gynecology of changchun university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital from January 2018 to January2019 were collected,and their Numbers were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of visit.There were 6 cases of shedding in the course of the disease,3 cases in the treatment group and 3 cases in the control group.66 cases were actually enrolled in the study.The treatment group(33 cases)adopted oral yueju pill and shixiao powder,and the control group(33 cases)adopted pure oral Chinese patent medicine honghua xiaoyao tablet.Oral drugs were taken for 21 days as a course of treatment.After three courses of treatment,the improvement of menstrual volume,menstrual period,menstrual color and TCM syndromes of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared,and then the clinical efficacy was statistically analyzed.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 78.79%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 72.73%.There were significant differences in clinical efficacy(p<0.05)between the treatment group and the control group,which indicated that the curative effect of oral Yue Ju pill combined with shixiao powder was better than that of safflower getaway tablets in simple oral Chinese medicine group,and before and after regulating,the treatment effect of patients with menstrual volume,menstruation,warp colorand TCM syndromes was significantly better than that of control group.Conclusion:Through the comparative analysis,the application of oral yueju pill and shixiao powder in the treatment of the syndrome of deficiency of qi and stagnation of blood stasis after a month has significant clinical efficacy,high safety and high clinical value,which is worthy of promotion and application.
