| Purpose: The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical effect of "Zhong Zhong Xie Huo Decoction" in the treatment of asthma,exacerbation,heat,asthma,and bowel stasis syndrome by comparing the clinical efficacy,and improving the connotation of Wang Tan's theory of "asthma is mainly based on fire".Methods: Hospital from 2015 09 to 2017 03 months of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Professor Wang Tan lung disease outpatient eligible patients asthma exacerbation(Qi deficiency and blood stasis in patients with colorectal)in 72 cases,the subjects were numbered according to the order of treatment,were randomly divided into treatment group(Tiaozhong Decoction for purging fire group)and control group(Budesonide and Formoterol Fumarate Powder for Inhalation group),36 cases in each group.Before treatment,the statistical analysis on the general data of the two groups after treatment and secondary disease,salbutamol sulfate using frequency and other indicators,through clinical observation of 1 weeks of treatment,the test data of two groups were compared,evaluation in Xiehuo Decoction in the treatment of asthma exacerbation of asthma of heat--(gas areinsufficient,e.stasis)the effect of.Result: After statistical analysis,the total efficiency of treatment group was 94.44%,control group total effective rate was 83.33%.The differences in the two groups(P < 0.05),thus,two types of therapy has curative effect in improving the symptoms of the patients,and in Xiehuo Decoction on the treatment of asthma exacerbation,the curative effect is better.Conclusion: The swap in Xiehuo Decoction in the treatment of asthma exacerbations--Heat Asthma(Qi deficiency and stasis of Escherichia)clinical observation shows: Professor Wang Tan from the "asthma main fire" theory,taking Tiaozhong Xiehuo decoction can effectively alleviate the patient's condition,and can effectively control the branch number of attacks gas tube asthma,and can improve the quality of life. |
