Experience In The Treatment Of Interstitial Lung Disease Based On Data Mining Professor Wang Tan

Purpose: This study through the collection of Professor Wang Tan in the treatment of patients with interstitial lung disease.The clinical data were statistically clustering analysis methods of the prescription,summarize the core drugs,the treatment of ILD drugs,clustering group,summarize the original Professor Wang Tan drug law and treatment experience,play in traditional Chinese Medicine chronic refractory diseases in the advantage,to lay the foundation for the summary of academic thought of Professor Wang Tan,to inherit and carry forward the professor Wang Tan has important significance for the treatment of ILD academic experience.Method: from June 2013 to December 2016,the first diagnosis of prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine in the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine professor Wang Tan clinic in ILD,general information,medical history,diagnosis,syndrome,therapeutic methods and prescriptions were collected and related physical examination and other information,and the entry in the Excel table,the statistics of the frequency of drug frequency,frequency and other drugs,the results can be converted into data analysis using statistical software SPSS 22 for data clustering analysis,draw the conclusion.Result: through the statistical analysis of 300 patients in the medical prescription,found that the most common syndrome treated by Professor Wang Tan ILD 6: cold drink obstructing lung syndrome,spleen by Fu fire syndrome,hyperactivity of liver Yang,Qi deficiency of lung and spleen,gallbladder and stomach,lung and kidney deficiency heat syndrome were obtained;160 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine prescription medication in 300 cases,the total frequency of 4382 times,14.60 Chinese herbal medicines per prescription,50 times greater than the frequency of use of traditional Chinese medicine were 31 kinds.The use of these 31 drugs the cumulative frequency of 2522 times,the cumulative frequency of use was 57.55%,of which the tonic medicine used for 667 times,the total frequency of administration 15.22%;clustering analysis was carried out on 31 kinds of high-frequency drugs,6 cluster group.Conclusion:1.lung arthralgia for the name,two stages of treatment.Professor Wang Tan with "Feibi" on the treatment of interstitial lung disease,clinical often see 6 syndromes,divided into "XieSheng Bi weight period" and "evil with two micro Bi" chronic period with lung spleen deficiency,lung and kidney deficiency,with cold pathogen mainly exogenous acute exacerbation period,internal V and drink,spleen,liver,gallbladder and stomach and other organs are closely related to the coherence.In the various stages of the progress of ILD disease,the "evil" and "arthralgia" run through all the time.2.specimens of the same treatment,one source of seven Qi.The deficiency of the lung is to disperse the external evil,through the inner and the collaterals,the diarrhea and the fire,the cough and asthma,the Qi Qi and the obstruction of the arthralgia.Professor Wang Tan treatment of this disease on specimens Wen,tonic medicine so dominant in treatment,combined with internal and external pathogenic factors,application of diaphoretic to scattered evil,blood stasis in collaterals,antipyretic to pass to San Yu fire,phlegm antitussive and antiasthmatic drugs to stop cough,Qi medicine to Chang Qi,rheumatism medicine to remove obstruction,these seven types of drugs is the main drugs of Professor Wang Tan in the treatment of ILD.3.the deficiency cold is the base,the internal cause becomes arthralgia and the external cause is aggravated.Clustering analysis group shows that Professor Wang Tan believes that the key pathogenesis of this disease is deficiency and cold in the lung,lung deficiency for pathogenesis,clinical to Wenfei Huayin,Chubi Tongluo is a commonly used method,according to the internal and external factors into Bi pathogenic and aggravating factors such as flexible,bianzhengshizhi.4.lifting,regulating access,in order to pass for the cure,Yang lung was fill with a cloth.Professor Wang Tan treats the characteristics of the group of interstitial lung diseases and attaches importance to the lift and exit of the air machine.
