Research On Data Mining And Arrangement Of Famous Doctor Hu Guojun In Differentiating And Treating Lung Cancer

Objective:To analyze the characteristics of drug use and prescription laws of Professor Hu Guojun in the treatment of lung cancer by the aid of data mining methods,and discuss his understanding of lung cancer and diagnosis and treatment ideas,and summarize the academic ideology and clinical experience of Professor Hu Guojun in differentiating and treating lung cancer.Methods:By ways of retrieving electronic medical records and outpatient follow-up,the medical records of lung cancer patients who visited the outpatient clinic of Professor Hu Guojun in Anhui Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 26 June 2009 to 10 November 2020 were collected.Medical records that met the inclusion criteria of this topic were screened out,and then the medical records were input into the software which was named“Clinical Medical Records Acquisition System V3.1"and independently developed by the Information Center of Anhui Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.After the medical record information was checked and standardized,it was imported into the software called“Clinical Medical Record Data Processing System" and analyzed by means of data mining methods such as frequency analysis,association rule analysis,clustering analysis,scale-free network analysis.Finally,the mining results were analyzed,discussed and submitted to Professor Hu Guojun for review.Results:The medical records of 436 visits collected from 169 patients with lung cancer were analyzed by four methods of data mining,and the results were summarized as follows:1.Frequency analysis:(1)Commonly used drugs for lung cancer:The top 31 drugs in descending order of total frequency of drug use are Coicis Semen,Adenophorae Radix,Astragali Radix,Pseudostellariae Semen,Trionycis Carapax,Cicadae Periostracum,Bombyx Batryticatus,Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma,Ophiopogonis Radix.Conclusion:The results analyzed by means of four data mining methods reflect the general rules of diagnosis and treatment of professor Hu Guojun about lung cancer,details are as follows:1.Etiology and pathogenesis:Professor Hu Guojun believes that the pathological factors of lung cancer are deficiency,phlegm,heat,blood stasis,dampness and toxin;the root of pathogenesis is asthenia of both qi and yin and the branch of pathogenesis is phlegm,dampness,heat,toxin and blood stasis;the location of the disease is mainly in the lung,involving the spleen,stomach,heart,liver and kidney,etc.2.Thinking of diagnosis and treatment:Step1:collecting the information of the four diagnostic methods and disease diagnosing first;Step2:differentiation of disease stage,distinguish between asthenia and sthenia;Step3:prescription based on syndrome differentiation with addition and subtraction according to symptom;Step4:Reinforcing earth to generate metal,regulating liver to smooth emotion,strengthening healthy qi resistance to eliminate pathogens,and achieving coexistence state between human and tumor.3.Characteristics of medication:Using sweet and cold together with bitter and cold;invigorating qi and nourishing yin,resolving phlegm and dampness and clearing away heat and toxin are the main ones,assisting with medicine for dispersing tubercle and removing tumor;attaching importance to invigorating the spleen and stomach,assisting by soothing live,regulating qi and regulating blood.4.Core prescription:having the efficacy of benefiting qi and nourishing yin,resolving phlegm and relieving cough,inducing water and eliminating dampness,clearing away heat and toxin,and dispersing tubercle;addition and subtraction according to the symptoms can be applied to the treatment of lung cancer in various syndromes,which is worthy of further clinical validation.
