The Clinical Study On Xiefei Jiangzhuo Decoction In Treating Cough (Clotus Accumulation And Pulmonary Fussion Syndrome)

Objective: The purpose of this study is to use a completely randomized controlle d study to observe the clinical efficacy of Xiefei Jiangzhuo decoction in the treatment of cough Clotus Accumulation and Pulmonary Fussion Syndrome),provide reference f or the differentiation and treatment of cough,and improve patients.The clinical sympt oms of cough reduce the suffering of patients and promote the advantages of Chinese medicine.Method: 1.This study collected patients from the Department of Pulmonary Dise ase,Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Wan g Tan,Chief Consultant,from January 2017 to January 2018,diagnosed as having cou gh(Clotus Accumulation and Pulmonary Fussion Syndrome),and patients with chronic cough diagnosed by Western medicine.In 72 cases,all of them met the diagnostic a nd inclusion criteria.2.According to a completely randomized trial design,the patient s were divided into a treatment group of 36 patients and a control group of 36 patien ts using a random number table method.3.The treatment group was treated with trad itional Chinese medicine Xiefei Jiangzhuo decoction orally,and the control group was treated with compound methoxyphenamine capsule orally.Before and after treatment,t he patients were treated with TCM syndrome scores for a total of 7 days.After treat ment,the patients were followed up for 1 month.Observe the changes in the main cl inical symptoms and signs and compare the differences in efficacy.Result: The treatment group was detached in 2 cases and the control group was detached in 1 case.1.Comparison of the overall efficacy of the two groups of diseas es: In the control group,10 cases(28.57%)were cured,1 case(2.86%)was markedly effective,19 cases(54.29%)were effective,and 5 cases(14.29%)were ineffective;20 cases(58.82)were cured in the treatment group.%),markedly effective in 3 cases(8.28%),effective in 9 cases(26.47%),invalid in 2 cases(5.89%),the difference was statistically significant,the treatment group was superior to the control group.2.Comparison of the efficacy of two groups of TCM syndromes: The total effect ive rate of the experimental group was 88.24%,and the total effective rate of the con trol group was 54.29%.The total effective rate of the two groups was statistically cal culated and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).The efficacy of the tes t group was better than that of the control group.3.Comparison of the total scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups: After tr eatment,the total scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were compared.The total effective rates of the two groups were statistically calculated and the difference w as statistically significant(p<0.05).This indicates that the symptoms of the test group improved better than the control group.4.Comparison of two groups of individual symptom scores: Comparison of two groups of individual symptom scores after treatment,in terms of cough,defecation ab normalities(constipation or loose stools),expectoration,dry mouth,dryness,bloating,f atigue symptoms,statistics There was a statistically significant difference(p<0.01).The re was a statistically significant difference in the symptoms of cough,defecation(cons tipation or loose stools),expectoration,dry mouth,dryness,bloating,and fatigue.(p< 0.05),indicating that the test group was superior to the control group in improving th e symptoms.Conclusion: The Xiefei Jiangzhuo treatment group and the compound methoxyphe namine capsule control group have good curative effect in the treatment of chronic co ugh in both Chinese and Western medical efficacy evaluation.The effective group is b etter than the control group;both groups can effectively improve the chronic cough tr aditional Chinese medicine Clinical symptoms of patients with cough(Clotus Accumul ation and Pulmonary Fussion Syndrome),test group in cough,bowel abnormalities(co nstipation or loose stools),expectoration,dry mouth,dry throat,abdominal distension,fatigue improvement In the control group,Xiefei Jiangzhuo Decoction has obvious imp rovement effects on cough,defecation abnormalities(constipation or loose stools),expe ctoration,dry mouth,phlegm,bloating,fatigue and fatigue;Xiefei Jiangzhuo Decoction is a treatment for chronic cough syndrome It is an effective method for coughing(C lotus Accumulation and Pulmonary Fussion Syndrome),and provides a new reference f or the clinical treatment of chronic cough and the differentiation of cough type,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
